Let me tell you, Mesquite Towing Legends are the real deal! My car broke down late at night on I-30, and I was stranded. I called them, and not only did they answer right away, but they were also super friendly and understanding. They told me exactly when they would arrive, and they showed up right on time. The driver was a total pro, handled my car with care, and got me towed home safely. Honestly, they made a terrible night so much better. If you ever need a tow in Mesquite, TX, don't even hesitate - call Mesquite Towing Legends. They are legends, indeed, and I will definitely be calling them again if I ever need help again!

Called with a question and the person was not friendly. Said this is the emergency line as if my question did not pertain to tow. Well that's all I need to know! You should be mindful of how you speak, you never really know who you are talking too.

Had my vehicle parked in a lot overnight with permission from the owner not even 8 hours till they towed it to a lot.
I know it was them because Garland PD has records of them towing it.
Also why was my vehicle in garland towed to a mesquite impound?

As a SMALL BUSINESS, your local clientele builds your book of business mostly by word of mouth. Here’s my input on how this company just handled me TWICE!! Called to get a quote on a tow. Call was short and brief however, I received the information needed and while explaining I would get back as I had other offers as well, the gentleman “JOHN” took it upon himself to end the call in the middle of my sentence…having additional questions as well. Consequently, I decided to call back to retrieve the name of the individual who assisted me as well as share my grievances on how unprofessional the call was handled. Ironically, I spoke back with “JOHN” again explaining I was the gentleman he just disconnected from and was still met with more disrespect and unprofessionalism as he said “Watch this…” and disconnected the call a second time. I’m good at referring good people to good companies with great service - MESQUITE TOWING LEGENDS is NOT one I’d recommend to my dead dog. If I could give 0-⭐️s I would because that’s deserving of their level of service today! …carry on…

Got my car towed staying at my boyfriend’s apartment in mesquite. Which is my fault I did not register my car that night, my friends and I get to big town impound in the morning because that’s where all of the cars go for this certain apartment complex. We get there and I give them my information, the man at the desk (unfortunately I didn’t get his name) said that my car was not there… I repeatedly gave him my car information, he “cannot find it in the system” so he gives me a number to call and tells me that it is 35 mins away and IN Dallas. So, I call the number and the sweet man on the phone cannot get a hold of the other towing company that my car supposedly is located, he gives me the advice to call the police because they can find any car that is towed. My friend in the meantime, decides to CALL big town impound and speaks to this lovely woman and she finds my car AT BIG TOWN IMPOUND. The woman explains that they misheard the “M” for an “N…” I had the only OKLAHOMA license plate in the impound. So, my question to the man at the window was why didn’t you ask me if I was saying “M” or “N?” If my description of my car was off by one letter then why wouldn’t he ask more questions instead of giving me a number and telling me “it’s not here.” The lovely lovely woman that helped me, got my car in minutes. She was understanding and patient with me because I am on this emotional rollercoaster of not knowing where my car is. Please please promote the woman and please hire more competent men.

Trailer tire falls off,call for a tow
$300 20 mins away. cool it will be one hour.calls 1 hr later will be 1 more hour. I call an hour later just to get told he can't tow. Time wasted= money lost now waiting on the next tow company ✌️??

Very professional from my initial phone call to Luis to the actual tow by Buju (sp?) and Chris. They showed up quickly and got right to work. The price was very reasonable and the work was top notch professional. They took extreme care to make sure that nothing was damaged on my car. If the wore white gloves I wouldn't question it. These guys are my go to tow company from here on out. Good job guys. I'll spread the word.
