My vehicle was damaged. Oscar was the technician assigned to handle the repair. Oscar was very professional. He kept me abreast of the status of the repairs. Upon completion of the repairs, Oscar made sure I was satisfied and any concern I had, big or small, he addressed them and made sure I was a satisfied customer. I would highly recommend Tow. Hector was great help during the process of my car getting fixed and repaired . Hector has great communication skills and answered all questions I had . Also a big shoutout to Mr. Kevin he also helped in me getting into a rental while I was having trouble with my bank .

Update on my last review. I had an issue with an old repair that shop did. They stood by the lifetime warranty. Very professional and the work is 10 out of 10. Hope to not need body work for a long time, but if we do this will be the place we trust.

Got sideswiped on the highway and this was the collision center recommended to me by insurance. Hector was in communication with me along every step. He always kept me updated and quickly responded. There were a few hiccups along the way but he made sure I was taken care of in the end. Exceptional customer service and the repairs were done ahead of schedule. Car looks brand new again. I recommend Town East collision and thank you Hector!

The customer service was very good, but this place is way overpriced!! I went to a few different places to get an estimate done for my rear bumper to be replaced and also my break light. This collision center initially estimated for everything to be fixed for a little more than $1,550. When I asked if they could just take the dent out of the bumper and replace the light, they said they could do that and quoted me $590.
I took my car to a different place to get an estimate, where they told me that we would have to replace the bumper and that taking the dent out would actually not work at all and they’d just end up having to replace the bumper anyways. This different place wrote me up an estimate replacing the bumper and break light and it ended up being $580. Nearly $1000 less than town east collision!! Town East Collision is way overpriced. The only reason for the two stars is because the customer service was pretty good. Attached to the review is the side by side comparison of the estimates.

Kevin Thomas is the best service advisor! Real genuine professional who goes over and beyond to help address and accommodate the needs of customers. He takes pride in his role and I hope Ford Motor Company values people like him. I no longer will take my vehicle to Rockwall Ford due to poor customer service. Kevin and his team at Town East Ford are top notch. I hope other ford dealers emulate how this staff treats their customers. S/O to Kevin!

My experience was Awesome! I went in for an estimate for a rear bumper repair and I was assigned to Hector Briones. From day 1 Hector explained the process and he called me several days, keeping me updated on what was going on! He even got my truck back to me 2 days ahead of schedule and had me Clean as A Whisle! The repair is A-1! Thank you Hector and the team, jobwell done!

I recently took my 2017 Chevrolet Silverado in to get damage on the passenger side, from the front, to the back repaired.After two weeks of being in the shop, my truck came back looking better than new!!!These guys are the real deal, and I would recommend them to any and every one.
