  Once I figured out that the drop Point was inside of the CVS and went inside the experience was great. The store clerk and manager took care of the package and it was accounted for, identified by email to the sender ( who was a family member, not myself ), and sent a confirmation text. Awesome!

  Great customer service provided by the young looking lady at the counter. Took 2 mins to drop off my package. Thanks!
