I just went to the UPS store. A lady returned my package with excellent service. I asked if she could help me find my tracking number for another return. She said yes, she will come back. And then another worker named CHARLES came up and sarcastically said “So you lost your tracking number” and I told him don't worry, I think my husband got confused. He went to FedEx and said, "You know this isn't FedEx." I said yes I know and why are you so mean? And he reacted as if he didn't understand my English. Another worker spelled out the letter "bad" for me and simply said, "So." I told him he just needed my receipt, he gave it to me and said "you're welcome." I called the store to complain about Charles' poor treatment of me. It's unpleasant to meet those kinds of people. UPS should train their staff to provide better customer service.

I went to this location there is a skinny black lady who is super racist with a bad attitude I didn't even say a word and the first thing she told me if "I speak English because I didn't look like." All the time I been there she was speaking to me so aggressive. This is my first racial experience in my entire life. The other employees have the best customer service.

1) Tell UPS Store if you would have benefited by Google (or other app) knowing they were closed Jan 3rd. 1 minute of owners time could have saved me an hour, how about you?2) Would a big CLOSED sign have helped not have to park and try to get door to open? Maybe sign could expect to reopen Jan ?.We do appreciate UPS Store and all the people! Thank you!

There are over 20 ppl in line and literally ONLY 2 employees working here! Why?? We have to wait in a long long line at this location. Always a staffing issue here!So, customers spend an extended amount of time in a line wrapped around lobby and even outside! Hire & keep more counter associates. Poor scheduling, time in motion etc etc!!

Store hours today state they open at 8:30. Here it is 9:43 and the store is not open. Other customers waiting states employees showed up to work but manager did not show up so they left. I suppose they did not have a number to call him.

Website and phone recording says they are open Sundays 10-4, yet here I am at 3:30 on Sunday and door is locked! A business has to be open during posted hours!

Target told me my order was lost and I need my item for a weekend trip. It was Friday and the email l received said it was delivered on Thursday. I went to pick it up and it wasn't there at the store. Mike R who was an employee at The UPS Store provided me with a phone number and I was able to directly speak with a representative without waiting now I found out that my order is being redirected it hadn't even been delivered in the state yet so needless to say I was excited that the item was not lost because the item was sold out so even though I want to have it for the weekend I won't have to worry about it and I was happy that Mike are at the UPS store was able to help me he is an outstanding employee and I'm glad he took time out of his schedule to assist me and I just think that the employee great and very knowledgeable and just wanted to give them a Thumbs Up.Mike provided a direct number to call and I didn't even have to wait
