Who mops a floor in the middle of the day and then gets an attitude when people walk on it? No wet floor signs to warn people what they are walking in to. If it’s that important, you could leave a path for patrons and mop only 1/2 of it at a time. I need to get time sensitive mail and don’t have time for bs.

Tabitha was rude as soon as i got there she gave me an attitude and was on her phone the whole time when i told her how much more to do an add on she said “im not finished yet hold up dang” very rude and unprofessional she needs a diet and pink slip

I wanted to provide feedback regarding a recent experience at your location. While most of the staff I interacted with were very helpful and professional, I encountered a negative situation with a team member named Tabitha (apologies if I am misspelling her name).
I had come in seeking assistance with a shipping matter, and unfortunately, Tabitha was not helpful. When I asked for clarification, she responded rudely, expressing that I would not be able to do her job. I requested to work with another staff member, but she refused and took my items, only returning them after I paid an additional $1 for a separate transaction. After I paid, she threw the receipt at me, which I felt was unprofessional and discourteous.
While I understand everyone can have off days, I wanted to make you aware of this interaction as it impacted my experience at your store. I appreciate the help I received from the rest of the team and hope that future interactions can reflect the professionalism I experienced with the other staff members.

I mailed two envelopes and st two different times and neither one has made it to its destination. One has been a month ago and the other a week ago. I tried talking to someone and they were very rude and condescending! It’s worth driving the extra distance to not use this post office!

I ordered some football cards online and the tracking lead to the post office. Unfortunately, they never made it to my house I waited almost a week before going up their and all they tried to get rid of me by saying the tracking is no good; when it was. They don’t know where or what happened to them. Despite showing the tracking leading to them they didn’t look into finding them. And just told me to contact the seller to send a new tracking number but there isn’t another one.

The two ladies working at this post office are super helpful, sweet and patient but the older gentleman has poor customer service skills and doesn’t even greet you properly.

Terrible service and inhuman attention to people by all the employees of this USPS office without a doubt I do not recommend anyone to go, they always have a bad character and treat you as if you were someone inferior to them, they should eliminate all that staff who works there since they do not comply with an acceptable service to the population

I called regarding a package that was not able to be delivered due to the address. Address was for leasing office which they do take pacakges sometimes, but this time the driver said it couldnt be delivered. Fine I understand ,so I called the local post office to get help to either pick up at post office once the driver takes it back or possibly reattempt delivery if I gave the apartment number. The person I spoke to on phone name is Patty I think since I can barely understand her. But my concern is the attitude that you receive the entire call. She likes to assume things and then get an attitude when you correct her by telling her you didnt say that. Post office needs to really check there employees and who they hire because this is not the first time I have encountered rude staff even at other local offices.

I send packages all the time. As soon as I walk in both workers constantly asking me if I wanted “Express” and “You going to pay 30 dollars for next day or over night???” They kept asking if I had the correct box “Express”. I asked can you give me a second. I pulled out label to show worker and he said “ I can’t print that here.” I have QR code Sir give me a second to find instead breathing down my neck. I thought it was “Express” and realized it was not priority “Express” easy mistake but from the moment I got there I could not think as I felt rushed. He comes and starts putting all the boxes and envelopes up. I informed him that I needed for other shipments. He stated “You need express” Yes, Sir I do plan on mailing something “Express” to a family member is that okay with you???

Delivery drivers work in a hurry I understand, but delivering first class mail to a completely different house about two blocks away is absurd. Been waiting for my package almost a month and a family had to deliver it to me. Do better.
