They say the new phone is “on them”, they force you to a more expensive and longer plan, and overcharge for the phone. Also, give one value for your trade, then after they have your trade give a lower value.

Send my dad over to get a physical SIM card for his device, they did not do so instead they told him he could only get an esim (device is I phone 11) they told him he could go to another Verizon and he was going to be told the same . I called the store because we needed a physical SIM card gave my complaint and got a gentleman’s name (David ) send my dad back for a sim to him . (which they where able to give him after the after speaking to someone ) … once he reached the store he got charged 29.99 for a simple phone set up (no I cloud provided ) just the standard phone set up. When I asked the gentleman (David ) why there was a charge if all he had done was press continue on the device untill the Home Screen. He proceeded to tell me if I was at a mechanic shop they charge me for their knowledge in fixing a car. Completely understandable but y’all are a corporate big business not a mechanic shop employees are hired to do their job and assist customers . a long time customer shouldn’t be charged 29.99 for a simple set up process not even an I cloud was provided…. And the employees a mechanic comment was completely uncalled for and un acceptable.Upon reading others reviews about this location and my experience today . I definitely don’t recommend this store it has been getting bad reviews for years and all Verizon does is respond to our negative reviews but it doesn’t look like they hold employees accountable

Was not looking forward to going into the this store due to past experiences but I was in need for a new phone and just like in the past was meet with rude and condescending attitudes. Don't need this store anyway got a much better deal on Amazon and handled everything myself!

As a big advocate for always getting and remembering names of employees that help/hinder me, I am disappointed I don't remember the name of the absolute donut that tried to "help" me. Phone is wigging out, it's fricken Christmas Eve. I walk in and say I need to upgrade my phone and am cut off. "We do not stock phones here, we only order them in." I asked if he knew any locations locally that DO stock phones. "I can't check other stores inventories." Similar, but not what I asked you. He offered to give me the CS phone number but I couldn't get into the account. I said I wasn't sure what to do. The donut said "That's what you get for waiting last minute." Homie, are you trying to catch some hands? I didn't pick when my phone would take a complete shit on me and not work anymore. I said I guess I'll go home and figure it out. "There ya go" was his response. The store was dead, by the way, it wasn't like they were slammed and he needed to dismiss me to try and help someone else. He was an absolute dick for no reason and, having been in a bit of a light panic on getting another before Christmas, I wasn't in the right frame of mind to respond to him how he deserved to be responded to.

Allison promised that I would receive $200 gift cards for switching from AT&T but never informed me that I needed to login and ask for the rebate. Now it is too late and they can't do anything about it. These are scam artists... who hide behind fine print.Stick with AT&T who at least were always upfront.I notice they only reply to good reviews. These people do not care about their customers at all.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The man with the white nails was extremely rude. Wouldn’t provide no information I was asking for and also curse when I asked him to provide me the tracking number for a return equipment I returned. I will never return back to this store.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !! Elzy and ROBERTO LITERALLY STOLE MY PERSONAL INFO AFTER I LEFT THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! How do u get approval for 2 lines TWICE THEN ALL OF SUDDEN YOU HAVE FRAUD ON YOUR ACCOUNT!!! If your black STAY AWAY THEY WILL DO SOMETHING FRAUDULENT WITH YOUR SOCIAL AND ACCOUNT Went to this store to pick up phones that I ordered online, well my phones was counseled. Re ordered my phones and for some reason it was only 2 phones left from my first order and was unable to get The phones! Well the Store Agent was very rude telling me I shouldn’t have ordered if I couldn’t get my phones the day of, this young lady was very disrespectful and Rude Elzy and the Manger Roberto stood there why she talked crazy to me… What’s so bad she took my info and done something with it( I ORDERED 2 times and never was a problem when tried to order again online at a different location they Fraudulently stole my info and out FRAUD ON MY ACCOUNT!!! This is def NOT OVA I VIDEO THE INCIDENT AND WILL PUT IT ALL OVER SOCIAL MEDIA INCLUDING BOTH MY ORDERS, before this manager and Store location fraudulently took my personal information and stopping me from getting Verizon phones !!! So NOT ONLY WAS MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER USED AND MESSED WITH, they lied and said it was fraud!! If u have to do business with VERIZON I WOULD NOT GO HERE BOTH OF THEM WERE HISPANIC AND I DO BELIEVE IT WAS RACE INVOLE AND THEY WILL STILL YOUR IDENTY! Please go else where I will be filling at Bbb with zerizon and this Paticular store ! Go at your own risk I HAVE NEVER HAD MY IDENTITY AND INFO USED ONCE I LEFT A PLACE !! I got 2 approvals before coming to this store NOW IT SAYS ITS FRAUD ON MY ACOUNT, they lied and used and stole my personal information!! I WILL TAKE THIS AS FAR AS I CAN BE AWARE OF ELzy whatever the young Spanish girl name is and ALSO ROBERTO ! Elzy was the greatest! Super kind and helpful. Got us out of there in 20 minutes which felt like 5 minutes with how supportive she was. I hope to come back soon and see her again! She’s my Verizon Employee just like how people have their own barbers. Everyone else in the store is helpful but to an extent. I felt like with her she really went all out and beyond. Thank you again Elzy! This woman needs a raise!!!

I had been trying to file a claim under Verizon Protection Plan with their Asurion for about 3 days. It kept going to the final page, then never connecting. I went to Verizon- Mesquite to resolve it. I walked in and the 6 most listless and disinterested people on the planet. One female reluctantly got up and walked me to a table at the back. She told me to pull up my account on my app. I did. When pulling up "filing a claim" didn't work, she shrugged her shoulders and said Asurion is a different company. I said I pay for a Protection Plan through Verizon. I am unable to file a claim with Asurion. Verizon either needs to give me my money back or assist me in my claim. If this is a scam Verizon should let me know. She shrugged her shoulders and said Asurion is a third party provider independent of Verizon. I can give you Asurion's number. If you call Asurion, it just directs you to their website and to a claims process where claims can't be completed. Verizon's Protection is a scam and VERIZON-MESQUITE IS WHERE CUSTOMER SERVICE GOES TO DIE! Don't give this company your business!

Clean store, helpful employees. Jeremy was very helpful and fast. There was also a young lady that assisted me the following day (sorry that I didn't catch your name!) who was extraordinary as well. Using the locker for Express Pickup was perfect.Only critique is the store hours. :)

I was skeptical about coming to this store because of the reviews. I didn’t wait long, but I was inquiring about an Apple Watch. I was greeted by Elzy! She jumped right in and answered all my questions and concerns. She got me squared away and on my way. I had a great experience and will return again.
