Usually, I have a pretty good experience at this walgreens. I have never really had any issues until Today. Do not go anywhere near lunch time!!!!!! I went 30 minutes before they closed for lunch and the pharmacy tech was SO RUDE. She was mad that I came 30 minutes before lunch. If you don't like your job or people please don't work in customer service. No need to be rude.

As a disabled person I have an extremely patient tolerant outlook on life. I stay calm, happy and treat people with the joy I experience from surviving a terminal illness and living with chronic symptoms. I leave the house successfully at least twice a week to run errands or go to medical appointments, and stopped here for Gingerale for my wife who just had surgery. That being said, I was just harassed and bullied by the most aggressive salesperson I have ever encountered. And that's saying a lot! She repeatedly interrupted me, was VERY AGGRESSIVE and rude. I stayed calm, tried repeatedly to ask her a basic question about my phone number, she repeatedly argued and told me I was wrong and that I never entered my number. I have never seen anyone behave this way, so I usually feel great empathy and patience. I finally had to say, "let me speak." She then proceeded to verbally berate me, gaslight me, and call me a liar. I told her I don't appreciate the way you are speaking to me, (which I never do because most people are humane to customers), and her response was to argue, gaslight me, and berate me again. It's deeply sad to me to have this experience on my one day out. She needs to be reprimanded and retrained. This is inexcusable behavior to harass and bully any customers much less a DISABLED CUSTOMER. I'm no Karen. I do everything for myself and I'm kind and patient and never complain because I too am a working class girl with bills to pay. But this woman's behavior needs to be addressed. Unforgivable.

Dear management,\\n\\nI booked the vaccine appointment online and filled out the form. However, the pharmacy staff printed the wrong form and it was under some other personal name. I had to request them to print a new form. I understand that the birthdate was the same but they should have matched my name, cell number and address.\\nIn addition, the customer service is slow at the pharmacy.\\nI hope management reviews this!

On 6/21/22 around 1pm, at the photo department. Where two workers saw us standing there for about 10-15 minutes. Finally someone used the intercom and these same workers decided to work. Didn't say a word and was rude specially the one with the short blond hair with designs on her hair with crocks on. If I was the owner I'd fire her in a heart beat. She's just there collecting a paycheck.

My son takes medicine for his ADHD which can sometimes become a very complicated process which requires a large number of phone calls. This pharmacy always has his prescription in stock and it is usually ready on time but not always. My actual issue is with the staff in the pharmacy. Not the pharmacist or all of the staff but a good handful of the techs (whoever answers the phone) literally have the worst customer service skills and they are inarticulate and sometimes plain rude. It's difficult to understand what they are saying because they do not speak clearly or enunciate their words. This is not an issue of English as a second language. They mumble, speak very low, and respond with sounds instead of an actual word. You explain to them what's going on and they grunt a sound at you so they don't outright ignore you. When you say thank you or have a nice day it's really common to get a "uh-uh" followed by a click because they hung up. It's very offputting to be treated like a bother or a pain in the a** when you're trying to handle your family's medical care. Trust me, I don't want waste my time talking to you anymore than you want to talk to me but sometimes you just need to put on your big girls panties and do your job like they are paying you. Wait...they are paying you. It's incredibly rude and a really bad reflection on Walgreens as a company. Either they are not trained well or this sort of behavior is acceptable. If this had only happened once or twice I would've shrugged it off as a bad day at the pharmacy. I have worked customer service for more years than I care to count and it happens sometimes but this is a consistent problem and it needs to be addressed. They aren't losing my business because it would be self defeating to try and find another pharmacy and take the chance that my son goes without his medicine. However, I'm tired of this crap every time I call and it's only marginally better at the drive through.

I was concerned about using this Walgreens due to the poor reviews, but I have been multiple times and have had a wonderful experience. The pharmacy employees are very pleasant, and my Rx are always ready quickly. I haven't gone inside yet, so this is strictly my experience with the drive thru pharmacy.
