By far the Worst Walgreens ever! Staff are rude and very slow at doing their job. It's like they have no energy to work. The pharmacy is just as bad, the drive thru line and inside are so long be prepared to wait for a very longgggg time. Had to give 1 star in order to post...avoid this location if possible.

hey so my experience was really great at Walgreens today I went for my second dose of my covid vaccine. After all everything looks great I got the $25 cash bonus reward thing that they're putting on everyone's my Walgreens account who gets the vaccine. The only thing I would say about that as it's kind of disappointing that you couldn't get your whole value of $25 bond that reward at one time.

I have been a long standing customer of Walgreens. They lost their head pharmacist when he took a job transfer to Chicago. After he left THIS location was horribly managed. Cindy is a pharmacist at this location with NO attention to detail. In my last attempt to salvage my relations I went inside to speak with her. This location had me waiting on eye drops that were desperately needed for OVER a week. She told me it was my insurance and not their fault. I further explained that I have been fighting to stay alive and her response was unfathomable. Would you believe this pharmacist actually said I HAD NO IDEA YOU WERE FIGHTING FOR YOUR LIFE? After CHEMO completion most patients take Tamoxifen and she has filled this for me numerous times. If you are fighting to stay alive, allergies, flu or any other ailment you need to stay far away from THIS location. My prayer is that Ms. Cindy never has to fight to stay alive and if so she is her care needs are dealt with in a kind loving respectful manner.

I've called the pharmacy about 4 times to see the order of my cousins medication since my uncle nor I haven't received a update on the refill. I called automatically placed on hold. That's fine completely have NO PROBLEM WITH BEING ON HOLD. But then when the music stops someone picks up and CLICKS!! This happened 4 time back to back. I kept calling because my cousin is disabled and needs this medication so I was simply trying to figure out if I needed to call her doctor or what the hold up was because it's been two days from when I called to make the refill. When someone finally answered it was a rude by the tone didn't want to be there or perhaps frustrated female pharmacy tech. We all have our bad days but take a break gather yourself to continue the day if you can. Don't take it out on others that didt even do anything. Could of simply told me to hold longer that would of been fine with me. Would't of minded one bit. What a dam shame. This happened today between 11:40am-12pm . Not even lunch time yet. They close for lunch from 1:30pm-2pm. Leaving 1 star since I can't leave Zero stars.

Had a great experience today at this location. Alicia one of the team leads for the store helped me with a coupon I received earlier in the week that expired the same day I got it. Positive Client Experiences go a long way with me. Thank you Alicia for your help. Hopefully Walgreens knows how lucky they are to have you for an employee.

I went in to pick up a prescription for my daughter, the line at drive thru was a little long so I went inside thinking it might be quicker. Only 1 person ahead was waiting at the counter so I thought great! I waited at least 5 min passed that man still waiting at the counter, 2 people were doing drive thru with a third helping get scripts, after 5 more minutes I finally said well I guess if you sit on your butt in line you get faster service here, instantly someone finally comes to wait on me. Then stupid me I decided I need some soap so I grabbed it and headed up front to pay, another customer in the store gets behind me still no one to check my things, I look and see 2 workers too busy flirting with each other to work, he finally comes over, meanwhile I'm already irritated from waiting at the prescription line. You need to train your workers better, everyone's time is worth something

Requested prescription refills online yesterday. Checked today and status showed incomplete and to call pharmacy. Called at 6:29 pm and was told nothing was showing online and it would be a 90 minute wait. Arrived at store an hour and a half later only to be told nothing was coming up in their system for a refill request. Even though the pharmacy tech spoke to said she had submitted the request. I was told to wait another 15 minutes. It is now 8:35 and they still haven't filled my prescription. I was told again I had to wait a couple of more minutes. I will be transfering my prescriptions to another pharmacy tomorrow.

I love our Walgreens. They are so friendly and helpful. We have a great store manager and all the employees are somuch fun. I always try to say Welcome to Walgreens before they do.

The pharmacist Le at this location is not any help. My prescription was really high and I asked her did they still offer the discount savings cards for prescriptions, she told me No! So I went on line and found a card that Walgreen accepts which is called family wize prescription saving card this card actually saved me 15.00 dollars the same day, thanks to Le telling me No! She needs to educate herself about offers that could potentially help the customers. Hope this was helpful!

Just left the Walgreens on Galloway where I just experienced the worst customer service I’ve ever had. I will never go there again. CVS is across the street and they will have business for now on. Plus the store was filthy and unorganized shelves.
