I visited your store on Christmas. All of the employees that worked that day were extremely nice excluding the heavy set gentleman. They had smiles and were even supporting one another when problems arose. I was in the store for a bit because the volume was high because you’re one of the few stores open. I just thought it was nice to see people so kind working in a day they need to be with family.An incident arise where a customer got upset over a price. The customer is never right btw. The cashier went back to verify. I thought that that was going above and beyond considering the store was very busy. The cashier in photo called out kindly for anyone to come to her desk. There was great team work and kindness in the store that day.

I'm at your desk waiting on my 520 pm immunization appt but arrive 15 min early because Walgreens told me to...your staff can't get my Insurance in your data..they're instead helping out customer with their pick up...give me an update or something?? Ok its almost 6pm,I'm going to CVS!!!

The pharmacy and the pharmacy manager are rude and don’t want to help I ask the pharmacist manager for hel with some OTC medicine and he just looked at me like I was interrupting him and ended up not helping me at all I will never go there again

1. Medication is never ready on time, so if you're in a pinch, go somewhere else.2. Lines are long, and the wait time is ridiculous.3. Then they give you the wrong prescription with someone else's name on it.4. They somehow "forget" the savings card you've been using for months and act as if you don't know what you're talking about.To save your sanity, just go somewhere else.

I've been here 15 minutes and only three cars ahead of me and I'm still sitting here behind one this is the slowest Walgreens I've ever seen in my life. I don't know if all y'all know it but this Pharmacy guy has been here for years he knows what he's doing I wouldn't still be coming here if it wasn't for him saving my husband's life a prescription that he should have never had cuz it didn't mix with his with his other prescription

Natalie from the pharmacy department has a really ugly attitude and talks to customers as if they are d*** ! She even seems like she talks to her coworkers the same way. Talking bad about her peers. Very Unprofessional

Super slow service….we arrived at 10:20 am for a booster & are still waiting. It shouldn’t take an hour to get a booster that you had an appointment for.

this store is an impossible place for covid shots. i'm never coming here again. i spent a ridiculously long time setting up an appointment online. when i arrived, after waiting in line, they said i should've got a 'confirmation number'. i would have to set up another appointment. tom thumb gave my wife hers with no appointment. just walk in and shop a few minutes. she was trying to shop while i got my shot, but...we aren't spending $$ here.

I have had it with their prescription service! I ordered a refill on Oct. 2d, was told on Oct. 4 that it was 'out of stock.' Checked back with them at 2:15 p.m. on Oct. 7th and was told they were 'Waiting for Doctor's Approval.' Called my doctor who said they had received the first contact from Walgreens at 3:08 p.m. on Oct. 7th. Doctor sent in new prescription for same medication on Oct. 8th. Communication from Walgreens today was 'There was an issue with your insurance.' My insurance covers that medication. The only issue was caused by Walgreens.
