I went today to make a return and a old lady that usually is the cashier ask me for a ID I’m a nurse I have a visa to come and help the community hospitals so we usually have our passport because that’s our id and I had the id of the hospital I work for and she told me that they needed a USA ID that if I didn’t have a USA ID I was not allowed to get any services and the store manager was there luckily I have that in video and it’s not the first time every time I walk to that store she’s rude and she’s be making some comments really off. I try to contact Walgreens customer service I didn’t have no luck so I will be posting that video in all social so they can have a good talk with her and the manager. We have people that are different color than us but when working in customer service and as a nurse like me we have to be kind to each other if she see this post lady you made me feel so miserable no customer should feel like I did she was asking me for my legal status when I was showing her my visa she just said that’s not a USA ID

I just recently started using this pharmacy with GOOD RX. Last month one of my medications was $23.00. This month it's $72.00. This is not right. I thought I could depend on them.

In the pharmacy, Keisha and Calvin are superb! They really care about the customer . They went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me. Thank you to both of them for assisting me with my meds. You need more people like these two hard workingemployees who really care about the customers.

Usually, I have a pretty good experience at this walgreens. I have never really had any issues until Today. Do not go anywhere near lunch time!!!!!! I went 30 minutes before they closed for lunch and the pharmacy tech was SO RUDE. She was mad that I came 30 minutes before lunch. If you don't like your job or people please don't work in customer service. No need to be rude.

Shift at 6pm on Sunday? Avoid picture section. Bad attitude . I mean, I know Walgreens needs people to run the business, but with that employees attitude some of us customers prefer not to come back.

I work for a Physiatry practice in Texas. I work hand in hand with pharmacies' in the area on a daily basis. This one was by far the worst experience I've had thus far. Pharmacist had terrible customer service, refused to talk to Medical Assistants, and openly admitted that their pharmacy technicians (Kesha) were breaking company medication protocol. Pharmacists openly admitted that he was not personally comfortable with filling scripts so he cancelled them without consulting the prescribing physician. Disrespectful and unorganized company. Will not be sending anyone their way in the future.

This pharmacy stinks. Idk how many times i have put in for a 1-2 day delivery n a wk passes n it still is sitting there in fedex waiting status. When u call they say o i didnt know ill get that out n it still takes 2 more calls to get it delivered. They need to fix this and when it says a time for delivery maybe actually do it. People rely oneds not when they r out and could die.

As a disabled person I have an extremely patient tolerant outlook on life. I stay calm, happy and treat people with the joy I experience from surviving a terminal illness and living with chronic symptoms. I leave the house successfully at least twice a week to run errands or go to medical appointments, and stopped here for Gingerale for my wife who just had surgery. That being said, I was just harassed and bullied by the most aggressive salesperson I have ever encountered. And that's saying a lot! She repeatedly interrupted me, was VERY AGGRESSIVE and rude. I stayed calm, tried repeatedly to ask her a basic question about my phone number, she repeatedly argued and told me I was wrong and that I never entered my number. I have never seen anyone behave this way, so I usually feel great empathy and patience. I finally had to say, "let me speak." She then proceeded to verbally berate me, gaslight me, and call me a liar. I told her I don't appreciate the way you are speaking to me, (which I never do because most people are humane to customers), and her response was to argue, gaslight me, and berate me again. It's deeply sad to me to have this experience on my one day out. She needs to be reprimanded and retrained. This is inexcusable behavior to harass and bully any customers much less a DISABLED CUSTOMER. I'm no Karen. I do everything for myself and I'm kind and patient and never complain because I too am a working class girl with bills to pay. But this woman's behavior needs to be addressed. Unforgivable.

I arrived 15 minutes early for my scheduled vaccination appointment. I got in line to check in the lady in front of me was a walk in. The pharmacy technician advised her that appointments would be seen first and walk ins are seen after appointments. The Pharmacy manager acknowledged my appointment and also acknowledged the walk in. Instead of calling me back for my scheduled appointment he called the walk in back. When I asked for my card back after being overlooked the Pharmacy manager had the nerve to ask the walk in if he could go ahead and see me. Excuse me sir I had an appointment, I should have been called back before the walk in I scheduled the appointment for a reason not to be overlooked. I won’t go back here!

The manger working on October 5th, 4PM 2022. Should be fired. She had the rudest attitude when I had a simple question. What kind of manger rolls her eyes and yells at a customer when they ask for a passport Photo.

I love this location! I usually go here for my medicine. Additionally, they have some chocolate brands that I usually don't find in other grocery stores. Moreover, my family and I come here for the passport pictures. They just don't offer special sized pictures. I also needed a digital copy for my pictures, they didn't offer this service. I was able to pay for it as the hard copy. The pictures will be printed through the laptop and the printer. I had my own flash memory. However, they rejected to help me with this matter. All in all, the place is very clean. The employees are polite. I have never had any issue with any one of them or any attitude. They welcome customers the moment we arrive to the store.I also like the location since it is close to my house. They also have a big parking lot. Hope this helps!

Since the time prior to this last visit, there has been a huge change in this Walreens store. Maybe it's something that people with OCD or people who love to clean and organize would notice. This store looks and feels like it's been spring cleaned to perfection. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't dirty to begin with, but the level of organization, stocked shelves, clean, fresh and refreshed is so SUPERIOR. I AM TALKING THE STORE AND THE PHARMACY!!! IT IS ALL SUPERIOR!Walgreens, I want you all to know, your hard work has not gone unnoticed. The store looks FABULOUS!!!!!
