Visited this location on Galloway in Mesquite on 1/11/2025, late evening hours and the customer service from Priscilla, Raquel and Adrian was great.
They were all very helpful and assisted me with locating items and pricing some clearance items (press on nails and cosmetics) that would not scan on the Walgreen’s app.
Priscilla, Raquel and Adrian were customer focused, friendly, detail oriented and they communicated well with each other, checking on one another and offering each other assistance.
Please commend them for a job well done, I will be back to shop at this location.

Its a shame in the map they says we are open till 11 PM but i when there on 10 PM and the pharmacy is closed. at least you can update your info

I have been using this location for over 4yrs and have always had good interactions with both the pharmacy staff and the store employees. Keep up the good work.

Busy location but y’all need to HIRE PEOPLE FOR THE PHARMACY ASAP! Literally could not be slower! Minimum 35 mins EVERY TIME is ridiculous!

If I could rate this experience, it would be a zero. I've been waiting for my prescriptions for a week or two without any updates. Normally, I get my prescriptions filled at Kroger, but since they don't contract with Cigna, my prescriptions were sent to Walgreens in Mesquite without my knowledge. Despite not receiving any notification from Walgreens, I had to take time off work to inquire at my doctor's office. After finally contacting Walgreens, they informed me of the prescriptions ready for pickup, including one costing $300. It's crucial for pharmacies to inform patients of potential out-of-pocket expenses before filling prescriptions. When I requested to remove the expensive prescription and get a new total, the representative incompetently deleted my original order, causing further delay. Now, due to this error, I'm left without necessary medication because of my insurance transition. Despite requesting to speak with a manager, I was put on hold and told the manager was unavailable. This negligence has severely impacted my health, and I am extremely frustrated with the situation. I will be filing a complaint higher regarding this matter

The staff is very unprofessional towards cuatomers. I made a purchase at the register Friday 3/24 around 6:18 PM and paid cash then as i had paid i decided to get something from the coolers they have near the registers and the hispanic lady that was checking me out sighed really lout with an attitude tone, i would think they would want cuatomers to spend more: the i was going yo make a purchase later that day and was going to buy a $14 pack of nails and ahe said she couldnt sell it, they are not pulling out the product that they need to be pulling off shelves and then cuatomers wanna purchase them and they won’t sell them. When things are supposed to be pulled off shelves they need to be pulling them out instead of just waiting for someone to try to buy them and telling customers they are no longer ringing up and cant be sold anymore. Is there a District Manager that is in charge of this store or are they also not doing their job???? Corporate please get on this i will message the DM as soon as i can to make them aware of this.

I went there for the rapid COVID/flu test. I already have insurance and a doctor's office to go to. Their results in 30 mins turns into "You'll get the results at the close of business". They didn't even ask my name. That means no one's tests had been processed. I don't trust that my results are even mine now. Who knows?! They will need to refine this process and earn my trust back if they want to capitalize on the rapid testing.
