I personally like Wells Fargo as a bank. I also invest in this company because I believe in thier business model. The reason I gave 1 star has to do with one teller Kenya. Just horrible customer service. Looks like she just hates her job or thinks she is better then the customers that ask for her help. Makes no eye contact and does not even greet. I've given her 3 times within a 2 month span to see if it was just a bad day and service was worse everytime. I even watched customers in front of me that she helped. Management please address this.

I had an appointment scheduled and I was there from 10 am and the meeting was at 10:30 and the representative attended to other people just because they knew each other then just because they knew each other and showed favoritism like whoever said we are already doing things regardless of the rules and if I know you I will attend to you quickly and those who have an appointment wait, they don't care, they find an excuse

I made an appointment at this branch, I arrived early, and even so I could not open an account, very bad service, it seems that they do not want to work, Mrs. Gloria Rangel is not at all friendly, very despotic and does not help at all, I give this bank one star
