Gloria Rangel was absolutely amazing! She helped me with several transactions, she was very patient (even when I had to look up information on my phone), she helped me with payment for my passport and filled out the information for me and showed me how to use my mobile app. I wish everyone Wells Fargo had excellent Customer Service like this location. I noticed everyone working at the bank was very friendly and attentive to every customer! If I could give 10 stars I would!

They have 4 ATMs nd only one work.. They're the biggest branch around but only do appointments cause of COVID-19. My understanding COVID-19 been lifted.So if you need to talk to somebody good luck. Other branches are smaller but they accept you as a walk in and their ATMs work. If I can give this place a zero I would. Branch manager called me bacause I gave them a bad survey. Well she said all of the ATMs are up now. I came later that day and half of them were still down. Even the next day they were still down. Doesn't take 2 weeks to replace a ATM.

I came to get a notarized paper and they are only doing appointments by online or phone call. You can wait in the lobby but they will prioritize the appointments first the wait time could be an hour for walk ins. The lady Nadia was very helpful in assisting the people coming in and even got my paper notarized something no bank was willing to do. Thank you for your service!

I don't know exactly what these people are doing inside that little room they sit in but I've been sitting in the Drive-Thru for 15 minutes and only one car has pulled out. They're dropping service is a freaking joke. Do yourself a favor and put your money in a bank that cares about customer service

Drove from Houston to mesquite to open new account for Gson, the nice lady assisting customers upon arrival to the banker and tellers were so courteous and professional, thank you for helping us. Keep up the great work

It's 9:15 and their website says the drive through opens at 9am. Well, they're still not opening any of the lanes!! Not even an announcement or anything as to why they haven't opened. Just another example of the unprofessionalism of this branch!

This branch is excellent. I usually bank here 3 times a month. There is always enough parking. The wait time inside the bank is minimal because there are several tellers on duty. The tellers are friendly and efficient.

Don't bank with wells fargo. They overdraft like you wouldn't believe and won't waive the fee even if you deposit the money like other banks do.Dispute transactions are a joke. They won't help you with that either.Do yourself a favor and bank elsewhere.I've spoken to cr's and nothing happens.

It's 2 drive up atms at this location. it's moderate traffic here on a regular seeing as though it's in a business/shopping area. can't drive by too fast or you might miss it, it's off on one way streets in downtown Mesquite
