This lady calls herself “Manager” but lacks in every way possible. She stood there and inspected a dress never worn and lied stating it was “wrinkled from sitting” and had ”deodorant stains” from wear, if that was so true I wouldn’t have gotten my refund at another location, THANKS MANAGER 🤣

The worst customer service I've experienced! Today, we waited for a dressing room, but since there was no attendant, my daughter entered an available room. The manager, who had bad hair dye and huge glasses, was very rude and snippy. Based on the previous post, this manager seems to be consistently rude and disrespectful. She clearly lacks communication skills. The clothing here is nice as I have always bought my dresses and daughters dress here but I will definitely opt for another place that actually respects customer!

I would like to give ANNIE 5 STARS!!! But as for the lady with the fake lashes and the glasses and all the ear piercings I would give ZERO stars. She was rude and not helpful in the slightest and I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me and stated that she was the manager. The customer service attitude was not there and there wasn’t any kind of respect or kindness shown by her. I hope that she is able to resolve her issues within herself so that she doesn’t treat PAYING customers like that anymore.

What a joke this store is. Overpriced for cheap quality clothes. Can’t return a top I never EVEN TRIED ON IN THE STORE. Hung up in my closet for TWO DAYS and returned to the store after deciding to go with a different NYE outfit but she can’t take it back because it’s not in its original condition???? I NEVER EVEN PUT THE SHIRT ON MY BODY. What a joke.

Love the store however staff is horrible.
I had went in to the store to process a return and Judy or Judith was the name of the employee, told me receipt and tag was needed. (I had told her specifically that when I was going to wear the top for the first time I had realized that I had purchased a torn top. She was aware that the tag was not attached to item since I was getting ready to wear it.) when I came back in with receipt and tag, she began to tell me return was not going to be processed since tag was not attached. As she proceeded to throw receipt and bag towards me and laugh. A person like her with that kind of attitude should not represent the store. Or interfere with any customer.

Horrible experience, I don't recommend it for Nada. I tried on a dress and went outside to show it to my boyfriend *and they took my pants that I was wearing* and when I asked about it, the one who is there in the fitting room simply, instead of helping me, told me you have I had to go ask in front with a bad attitude, and how am I going to go ask in front if I didn't have pants and it took them 20 minutes to take them. I don't recommend it at all??

If you buy a dress you don't measure it correctly, they won't change it even if you ask them for credit. They are not accessible at all
