In this store they are racist. Today I went to buy some shoes for my wife in work clothes and the employees treated me terribly. The security guy, who looks more like a homle, told me that I was dirtying his shoes and the person at the cash register treated me in a rude manner. way with courage, however I bring more money than them in the bag but because they see you dirty they don't treat you like that I will never buy in these stores again

Fist time and last time, I walked in and was not greeted. I asked for help and no one was willing to help. And to be honest I planned on getting multiple shoes for my 2 kids but the lack of acknowledgment and willing to help I walked out without purchasing anything , I’d rather go to kids foot locker or the mall they fight over tryna help a customer ??♀️.

I'm at Kroger. I need to get sliced ham and cheese. The lady comes out. Barely talks I can't here her. I am an inconvenience to her. She shouldn't be in customer service if she has an attitude. The lower income parts of town. If you go to a higher scale side of town. You get better service. Prove me wrong.

Recieved wrong order on September 20th. Called customer service and was told to send package back, Reebok recieved package on the 26th. Didn't hear anything so I called and was told they would reach out to factory and howling I should hear back in two days. Smh poor service from Reebok as a whole. Should have went with Under Armour.

Very good store..the prices are excellent but the last time I went I bought some boots for which they charged me and they didn't put them in the bag. I don't know if it was my distraction and the cashier's but I was late and they still didn't tell me anything. ....Everything else was excellent but I just didn't like that issue
