Another terrible experience! Told my dad he can't start his own plan and keep the same number... when he's had ATT this whole time.. just wanted to get on his own plan. Called a small phone company in Dallas and they got it handled within 10 minutes..kept his same number and everything.. similar fiasco happened with my husband at this store... they need to have some better training or something!

I visited this store two days in a row to have my trade in processed and the lady told me that store wouldn’t do it and I had to go to Waco which is almost an hour away. When I went to the Waco store, they said no any att store can do it. This is highly inconvenient and unprofessional.

Jessica helped us transfer our service from Cricket to ATT. It was easy and she explained everything in great detail, and was honest about the pros and cons of each phone we were looking at , as well as our service plan details and pricing...she even got us some cool discounts due to my husband's job! She has a great attitude and is extremely courteous and helpful. We walked away confident with our purchase and glad that we made the switch. Thank you Jessica!

Changed to AT&T from Verizon. Phones were ordered/delivered to my home just before leaving to go out of town. Was told could take the phones to any AT&T store to assist with transfer/set up. Was abruptly told at the Mexia, TX store that they cannot do that, that they don't have good internet.
