Place looked packed with people and cars, when I got to the waiting room I thought ITS GOING TO BE AWHILE......If I waited over an hour, then it wasn't much . It didn't take as long as I suspected. It was just an hour or so. Great service!! Thank you affiliated auto!!!”
“Had oil change, inspection and the cab bushings changed in our F 350. We made an appointment and it was a week or so out. The work was done in a reasonable time and for a good price which I did not expect from a dealer. It was about the same as another mechanic and actually less than a couple other quotes I received. Very pleased with the staff and their work.”

“I recently was in town visiting my elderly mother. I noticed the tires on her car were in very bad shape. So, we went to the big box store (WM) to quickly get new tires. We had a very bad experience there. So, I called Role's tire shop. Not only did they have the tires in stock, but they had them installed on her car within 30 minutes of our arrival, and the best part, they were very competively priced. Thank you, Role's tire shop, for the hard, honest work. I highly recommend Role's tire shop !”

A young man named Moses got me taken care of! He was polite, told me how long it would take, and was able to explain what was wrong. “Local certified mechanics are hard to find. The big dealers have only a few (or in some cases just one) certified mechanic and a bunch of helpers who actually do the work while the ASE mechanic just "signs off", causing low quality control.
I prefer the actual mechanic whose name will stand behind the work to be my "go to" guy.”
