“Today I opened an account at the Mexia branch. After being told I had to make an appointment at another bank and totally put off by the woman I spoke to , I decided to go to the bank where the check i had was written off of. Thinking I would run into the same attitude as the Other Bank. I was ready and full of determination, to overcome all objectives and get this check in a bank , set up the account and finally get my much needed funds. I was taken back by the representative. Not only was she helpful, , she was smart, kind and knowledgeable. She was so friendly and calm, she set my mind at ease immediately. She not only set my accounts up. she let me know the funds were going to be available almost immediately, the next business day was a far cry from the 7 business days my old bank quoted me. I want to thank everyone at this branch and let it be known that as a new customer I appreciate all Brianna Mudge did to help me.
