Horrible customer service, the two girls were sitting at the table playing on their phones, when my husband went to pay our phone bill he was treated poorly so I had to get out of bed, not feeling good just to go up there, just to get turned around over 3 dollars, just to come back, this was just horrible and stressful

I had a cricket account before the girl behind the counter was even born but today I almost cancelled it and went somewhere else. Actually that outcome is still pending. What a completely lifeless,unhelpful, unknowledgeable,useless employee you hired to represent your store that I will never spend another dollar in. My God, you'd be better off with a kiosk. This employee does nothing to upsell any of your products,doesn't know or just doesn't want to give you any info on the display phones. Furthermore none of the phones were even turned on so I could find the info for myself and this was well after 2pm. No greeting. No thank you for dropping your cash at our store or even a goodbye. Just sitting behind the counter plugging a bag of chips into her unhappy face. Never again. Good luck with your poor hiring skills and you can save your standard "we strive" & "sorry you didn't receive top notch customer service" reply. In the end ,your business is what it effects the most. Ever heard of a mystery shopper? Well you might put some thoughts into one. I'll be taking my money to the Palestine store from here on out. Good riddance.
