We have used this CVS for my wife's prescriptions for 2 years. We also do a lot of shopping with the generous coupons. The staff treat us with respect, friendliness, and courtesy. Several times the pharmacist has called to clarify any issues with a prescription.

Very strange visit this morning. Cashier informed me the she couldn’t complete a cashapp deposit because she had no register. When asked what time a cashier with a register could do it, I was told to wait until 11 (arrived at 10am). The cashier then proceeded to walk away. How do you open or operate a store without a register? The two star rating on this location makes a lot of sense

I went to drop off a package and I simply said I need to print out my label she just points at where I can do it I never done it before so there I am struggling seems like she just don’t want to be bothered with helping then I printed out the label and she literally said that I had to go and tape it and then bring it back I’m sureee she had a tape gun some where I had to go to the dollar tree to get a tape since I don’t live near by is ridiculous why get a job where you have to help people and don’t want to be bothered with the most simple tasks!!!! Get better people at the front cvs !!! Some lady name Kristina this is the second time I go every time I go it makes me feel like I’m bothering her

They need to clean house and start over. Pharmacy is the worst. The older lady behind the counter in the pharmacy is very rude and condescending. I bet a hundred dollar that if she reads this. She will argue the statement.

Worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. If you need Tramadol filled expect them to treat you like a criminal. Also you can't call and talk to anyone without leaving a message and waiting for them to call you back, very slow drive-thru as well.

I guess they make their own pharmacy hours! Website says they close at 8pm on Sundays. Go To Pick Up A Prescription For My Daughter That Urgent Care Changed From Her Regular Pharmacy Because They Close At 5 Just To Be Told That CVS Also Closes At 5 On Sundays Which I’ve Never Known Them To Do.

THIS BY FAR THE WORSE PHARMACY IN THIS CITY. EVERY TIME I GO HERE I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH THE PHARMACY. THIS TIME I PUT IN A PRESCRIPTION FOR MY SICK 7yr OLD SON. THEY FILLED THE PRESCRIPTION AND CALLED ME TO THE WINDOW AS IM STAYING AT THE WINDOW THEY HAVE AN ISSUE WITH INSURANCE. ITS NOW THEIR LUNCH TIME AND THE PHARMACIST OLIVER SAYS HE CANT HELP ME BECAUSE ITS HIS LUNCH TIME MIND YOU I AM ALREADY BEING SERVICED AT THE COUNTER. INSTEAD HE SAYS HE CAN’T HELP AND HE’S GOING TO LUNCH AND PROCEEDS TO CLOSE THE WINDOW IN MY FACE. I AM FURIOUS AT THIS POINT AND I WALK AWAY. I HAVE A SICK CHILD AT HOME THEY I NEEDED TO GET BACK TO SO THATS THE ONLY REASON I DIDN’T CAUSE HELL.

Pharmacy employee (Kathy) complained outloud several times and as I was leaving that I was there too early. I spend quite a bit of money in this store. but after her complaining, I'm moving to HEB.

No, they did not make getting our flu shots convenient. My husband and I wanted only the flu shots. Online coupled the flu and covid shots. We walked in same as last 7 years for flu shots…We went 11/19 about 2:30. They were not busy. Said it had to be scheduled online…..I phoned Walgreens in Palestine as we were headed to that town. They said come on in as walk in.?.Guess who will be getting more of our business…
