I just went to pick up my sons prescription and the cashier was so rude i explained to her what they had told me and she said “well I just got here” so unprofessional they need to do something about who they got working at the cashier

I asked the pharmacist to sign a gas reimbursement form (ITP claim) He said he wouldn't sign it unless he could draw a line through a section that was not needed. Greg, the pharmacist stated that I could just add anything I wanted in that line after he signed. No, Greg, I can't, because obviously you don’t know that I have to call BEFORE the trip and get the mileage approved by providing Modivcare with the dates and times of each trip. The client's name, insurance ID #, address leaving from and going to. I even get a confirmation number. So IF I did 'Just add anything' those miles would NOT be reimbursed.So the pharmacist insinuated I was going to steal money for mileage reimbursement for driving a client to and from a doctor's appointment and prescription pickup.My suggestion to you, Greg, is to educate yourself on forms you sign. Just because you've signed "many" doesn't mean you are correct.I've been doing this for 33 years. I know how the process works.

Worst Customer serve and constantly lie to you about when you can have your meds filled. Called yesterday for my sons medicine and they told me I could have it filled today. So I call this morning and I told the lady that they must have lied to me about being able to get it filled today because she told me today they couldn’t fill it till tomorrow. They are such liars.

By far the worst customer service each and every time I try to get prescriptions refilled or filled here! Ghetto speaking staff (not all) but always seems as if you are bothering them because they have attitude! Go back to work for Popeyes Chicken!!

Not enough checkers. Store is dirty. The pharmacy never, ever has your prescription ready. Or does not call the dr. Even if you have a refill. Feel sorry for the people of Mexia. Hate Walmart but will have to change.

Been to heb pharmacy 3 times. Every time I have been met with bad attitude from all employees except the pharmacist who was very nice. I worked with people in a Dr office for 20 years but if my attitude was like theirs I would not have made it a month. They need to realize they can lose business. Perhaps they need teaching on courtesy.

White girl in the pharmacy is very rude. I've using HEB in Taylor, Texas and my family has for many years and they were the best. I moved here and I won't be talked to like she talks to the customers any more. We're switching over to CVS. I guess HEB here don't care about the customers.

They are all very kind and generally fill prescriptions the same day. They get busy but they are working hard back there.

Been coming to HEB pharmacy for almost 2 years now, and today while trying to use my Good RX discount, they charged me over the amount that was advertised on Good RX. For example... my prescription normally costs $11.00. With Good RX it should be dropped to $6.00... and the other was normally $10.00 but with good rx would be dropped to $4.00. They charged me full pop and said there’s nothing they can do. What BS is this ? Never ever had an issue before with HEB and Good RX but You just lost a customer!
