When I arrive at the store it's only like two people working and I have to find shoes while their at the counter talking or walking around helping others. Nice shoes but not a lot of women's flats and sneakers to choose from. I had friend who worked there before and said that the pay is very low and that you do not always get commissions. Love the accessories just not the customer service.

I took my 4year old daughter in to look at and try on shoes. The associate was very friendly and helpful my daughter loved it.

I checked online to see if they had boots in stock when it showed they were in stock I drove to the store to buy them, only to find out that they did not have them. The staff informed me that the website was incorrect, and they didn’t keep much in stock. Why?? Staff didn’t seem to care that I went to another store. Don’t go here if you need shoes!

Horrible Service and their return policy is a rip off. Went in to return shoes that I couldn't wear and was told to pick out a price under $21 we picked out the exact same shoes priced the exact same markdown from the Outwoods that they had every single one on sale. We get to the counter to be treated like a second class citizen and to be told that we still owed $6 because the original shoes that we got that we were returning never got marked down. How does that work?
