They work with you whether you pay cash or insurance but the work and labor they perform is cheap and crap as well as the parts they replace, bottom quality for the high price. The paint looks good but time will tell on the quality.
I Do Not recommend them under any circumstance.

They had my car in for 5 months to fix body hail damage. And a windshield. They flooded one of my car computers with liquids. List of items that were working on my car with around 13K miles before the body shop. And no longer work after. Drive assist no longer works. Stereo no longer works. Passenger airbag no longer works. Fuel pump broke right after. I cannot stress enough how badly damaged I received the car. With thousands of dollars in damage and they wouldn't work with me to repair it. I needed an actual schedule because I would never ever leave my car with them again and they wouldn't compromise. I gave up in the end. Never ever again. I cannot ever recommend this place. I advise everyone against it as a matter of fact!

They serviced my truck real well without having to rework it, and washed/detailed my truck afterwards! Definitely recommend this repair shop

349 is one of the best shops in town. Their turn around is quick and they are very easy to work with. Megan the office manager is awesome and answers any questions we have.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this auto repair shop. Not only did they fail to properly fix my vehicle, but their customer service was beyond unacceptable. The staff and management was rude and unprofessional. They withheld my vehicle due to conflict of interest. To make matters worse, they even threatened physical violence when I expressed my dissatisfaction. It's shocking that a business can treat customers this way. Avoid this place at all costs.

Called to get a quote for windshield replacement for my 2012 Mazda 3 (4-door Sedan... no rain sensors)....the guy told me it would be $1,216.36!!!! He said total included labor, etc. Ridiculous pricing: I can't imagine ever being desperate enough to need to use their services with a price tag like that. Why spend all that to fix the windshield?! I'll just go buy a new car. That employee/owner was out of his mind.

Took my VW Tiguan in with a stuck open roof, asked that they just get closed and that is exactly what they did. Quoted me a price at the end of it a little higher than what was quoted but still a great price. It was also quicker than trying to get into Volkswagen!!!! It was a few days before they could get me in but Volkswagen was a month wait and a 150.00 just to look at it. Highly recommend people I dealt with were extremely nice and at the end of the repair George told me what was wrong with my roof and that when I was ready they could fix it.

Love this place I needed new rims tires and a tint for my car and not only did they get them in a timely manner shopped around for me to make sure I was getting the best deal but also got me an appointment for the tint in the same week definitely won me over I will be back for all my car needsService: Tires
