Dealing with KO Storage has been a very easy experience, everyone has been cordial, polite and accommodating. The one down side is while pulling a trailer trying to exit the facility the exit was chained. Very inconvenient especially while pulling a trailer and trying to avoid hitting anything, building, poles, there were no signs posted , it was not an easy turn around.

I wouldn’t recommend this storage. When I went to the storage unit to drop off my things the unit was filthy and still half full of the prior renters property. I reached out via phone and email several times to ask them to clean the unit. I never received a response. I ended up cleaning it out myself. Them asking for a review was the first time they reached out to me lol. Also one of the main entrance gates is broke so it was difficult to evan maneuver my trailer through the property.

After new management has taken over I have had my unit broken into. Then the rent has gone up by 80%. This is the third month of trying to cancel with them with no reply to email or messages. I am having to dispute the charges and would like someone to reach out to me.

Do not get a storage unit here mine was infested with mice and the insurance Bader didn’t do anything about it and the management have not called me back after I called back to back for WEEKS! I haven’t got any form of compensation for all my things being ruined.

Hi, First I would like to say the facility looks good from outside the gates.Secondly, My access code didn't work had to call to get assistance and they provided me a new code.Then storage unit was cover with dirt on the ground and big spider webbs and several nests in webb. I hassitated to leave my things.Now I have to go back today to just sweep it out.I was hoping to drop everything there last night.Melissa
