Ordered washer dryer, was told I’d get a call when scheduled delivery. They had the appliances for a week in the store before calling to schedule delivery, they then rescheduled delivery 2 times I was able to wash 2 loads before the washing machine brand new btw motor went out. I called to schedule service. Was told I was on the schedule waited all day called at 5 and still no one had showed up, was told I was still on the schedule and I’d get a call, 7:15pm received voicemail saying 15 minutes out. I was hope so I wasn’t worried about it, they NEVER showed up- so I called and called and store was closed. So I called the 800 customer service number to speak to someone. Was told I’d get a returned call- no one ever called, had to physically go to the store to speak to someone and they still took a payment out of my account for appliances and services not rendered. I’m contesting charges with my bank but I told them to come get their shit before I put it on the streets. I went and bought the same appliances at Home Depot.

They delivered a washer that doesn't work. Then claimed they're going to come look at it. I told the manager Chris, to replace it completely, he refused accountability, refused to speak to me and hung up the phone on me. Absolutely horrible customer service.

I got a brand new washer and dryer set. I used my washer, no problem! My dryer, not so much the case. When I spoke to Chris which is the store manager his response was, your dryer is still usable until we swap it out on Thursday. The dryer shouldn’t need swapping out! It’s brand new! I asked Chris to reflect a discount for the time the dryer wasn’t performing as it should. His response was some off the wall BS I couldn’t tolerate to hear much of. Keep in mind this is a brand new dryer! No accountability!

Don’t work here! My husband fell off the box truck unloading trash and fell breaking his arm and fractured his neck and they fired him while on workman’s comp for the injury for not reporting to work!! We are definitely taking legal action! He was a model employee would come in early and stay late… we have now lost everything due to this…

I would give 0 stars go in to see about a living room set after having a bad experience with another store. Go in and this lady could only give us 1 min of her time then she like look around and just goes back to the front to talk to the other lady at the desk couldn’t help me find the specific couch set I was wanting or even point me in an area where some of the couches might have met my requirements. Don’t even bother going there horrible customer service.

Too bad i can put 0 stars cuz i would. Order on the 3 called and they said my delivery was going to be on friday. Get a call on monday to set up a delivery date 3 days after my delivery was scheduled talked to the manager and she was super rude interrupting and not looking for a way to really help with the attitude. I cancel the order cuz i was not happy with there customers service.

There’s A girl name Meagan that works there she’s very rude she said could not let me wife pick up the merchandise after she lied and said she told me I needed to me there which I am hard of hearingShe never told me this and we talked with Chris who has been there since 2007 and he helped us get everything taken care of but after speaking with Meagan we cancelled cause she’s very rude No people skills at allIf they let her go we may try again !!!
