I ordered a stove was told my delivery date was today Jan 6th, that I would get a call 15 mins ahead of time before delivery but yet here it is 7:44pm still no phone call or anything to let me know that they weren't going to deliver today. I have NEVER had this issue. But this will be my last cause I should have at least got a phone call that it wasn't going to be delivered. I have wastes MY ONLY DAY OFF WORK.

Too bad i can put 0 stars cuz i would. Order on the 3 called and they said my delivery was going to be on friday. Get a call on monday to set up a delivery date 3 days after my delivery was scheduled talked to the manager and she was super rude interrupting and not looking for a way to really help with the attitude. I cancel the order cuz i was not happy with there customers service.

There’s A girl name Meagan that works there she’s very rude she said could not let me wife pick up the merchandise after she lied and said she told me I needed to me there which I am hard of hearingShe never told me this and we talked with Chris who has been there since 2007 and he helped us get everything taken care of but after speaking with Meagan we cancelled cause she’s very rude No people skills at allIf they let her go we may try again !!!

My old vice president, Neil Salvador works for Aarons corporate office. We started off working together for another RTO company and ended up building a lifelong relationship. I’ve got nothing but good things to say about him. And the fact that you all have him working with you at Aarons you all are definitely in good hands.

I was supposed to get a delivery after 3pm. I got a call around 1pm that said they were at my apartment. I told the guy that I wasn’t home because I wasn’t expecting the delivery until after 3pm. I told him I was on my way. When I got here no one was here. I called the store and the representative said that he would call me back after he talked to his GM. I waited almost 3 hours for a call back. Nothing. I called the store again. I got someone else that said they called and left a message this morning before 10am to let me know about the delivery being earlier. I had no call or voicemail. He was nice enough to offer just to cancel my order. This is horrible customer service. I’ve been at home for hours waiting for some communication just to be told it is going to have to be rescheduled. Again this is horrible customer service and I really hate that I’m in spot where I need what they offer. I won’t EVER do business with them again and I sure wouldn’t recommend that anyone do business with them unless you want poor customer service.

Would not recommend this place! If you’re late, even if you explain yourself as to why you’re late they continue to call 2-3 times a day, go by your house then charge you every time they do so. I spoke with someone and explained I’ll make the payment the following day then the following day I received a call from BENNETT. I then explained I just talked to someone and will be making the payment online that same day. He was adamant on taking it then. I told him please stop calling and harassing me as I had just told someone the day before. He then had the audacity to raise his voice at me and tell me he will continue to call until a payment is made. He completely crossed the line and had absolutely no customer service. He then not 2 minutes later called my place of employment looking for me. Again, after I’ve asked several times to not do so they still continue to call, even AFTER explained the situation. I have always used Aaron’s and never have I experienced this level of unprofessionalism.

They keep running incorrect cardDon’t have agreed on autopay, took it off at store several times cause they causing overdraft on cards I had them removed
