I worked with Anthony on getting custom suits made and it was a great experience. I had no prior knowledge going in and came out feeling more confident than ever. I got to choose my own fabric, liners, designs, etc. Would highly recommend.

The staff is amazing and they work with you to find exactly what you need! From picking my dress to altering, the ladies are quick, knowledgeable and friendly ? brides, ask them to make a scrunchie out of your alteration scraps! That way you have a piece of your wedding dress with you whenever you want?

Absolute Bridal was wonderful in helping us with all of the alterations on my daughter’s gown and my mother of the bride dress. My daughter lives out of town but they made sure they had her dress finished in a minimum number of visits.

When I first went in it was an amazing experience. The 2nd time measurements were taken. The 3rd time I went for the same thing the dress was open on the sides I did add a slit Tilly took more of the same measurements. The 4th time I went the dress was in the same condition as the 3rd time I did move my slit up but that was it. We did the same thing as the last few times. It was at this time I new I should had just went to a different bridal store and purchased a new dress. I was so disappointed. I go back a 5th time the boning in my dress was changed out as discussed tilly was supposed to make a few more adjustments. The week of my wedding I tried my dress on again the boning in the dress was stabbing me. I pointed out where unfortunetly Tilly wasn't there. She decided to change the boning out for the old one which had me confused but I figure it's her job she know exactly what she's doing. Well they dropped my dress off the day of. I'm beyond saddened to say I had to leave my reception to change out of the dress. The boning which was the old one cut me, I have scratches as well. I was beyond uncomfortable, and in pain. I tried my best to keep my dress on for as long as I could. It was unbearable. I had it on for maybe an hr and a half. A dress I was beyond happy with at the beginning just to be very disappointed in the end. All the same measurements taken all for me to still be tripping while I was walking ( I did not change my heels they were the same ones I took each time). I didn't have a backup dress I came home grabbed a dress out of my closet and went back in that. I finished off my wedding Not in my beautiful wedding dress. I really trusted this business. I am very disappointed with their professionalism.
Update: I spoke to Tilly, and she was very understanding. She offered a refund for the alterations.

I visited a few bridal salons in the Midland and the Dallas area, and while there were certainly a few nice places, I'd have to say that Absolute Bridal was the nicest I visited! I was fortunate enough to find the perfect wedding dress here, and the staff are all so friendly and knowledgeable.
The process of receiving the wedding dress does take a while -- they wait to have it delivered until about six weeks before your wedding day -- which made me a bit nervous, but it all worked out in the end, and they constantly reassured me that there would be plenty of time for alterations once the dress was in (and there was!)
The seamstress who handles the alterations is extremely talented, and knows exactly what she's doing when it comes to tailoring these dresses to a bride's figure. My dress turned out stunning and I'm so happy that I went with Absolute Bridal for my salon. Would most certainly recommend at the end of it all!

I got my wedding dress here and absolutely fell in love with it. Tilly and her mother are some of the kindest people I've ever met. Her mother was so helpful with my every need. I give this place four stars cuz about a month ago I came in to get my daughter's prom dress here since I had such a great experience choosing out my wedding dress. This time Tilly wasn't there. Neither was her mother. I know we came in maybe 30 minutes before closing and maybe that was the reason but it seemed like the associate that was there didn't really want to assist us too much and like we were a bother. I may have to have a few adjustments done to my wedding dress. I will definitely come back for that but I don't think I'll return to make another purchase.

I would recommend this place to anyone . They are hands-on and care about your concerns. The dress fit so perfectly to my body. Tilly absolutely outdid herself with the alterations.Her staff was nothing less perfect! Especially Cheyenne, she was a doll.

Perfect !♡♡♡ I recently found my one of a kind wedding dress here and had alterations done here as well.
The women were so lovely and kind to work with. Miss Tilly was such a huge blessing. She was patient with me for my alterations, and such kindness was given by her. I was so thankful for her.
She made my dress fit and hold so perfectly. I had so many compliments on my dress♡ Loved my experience.

I wanted to give this place 5 stars because the beginning of the wedding dress and bridesmaid dress shopping was great. However it was apparent after our 3rd bridesmaids dress fittings we should have looked elsewhere for dresses. My sister had a very specific color she was wanting us in so we all found dresses that matched. One of the bridesmaids tried a dress on and we all fell in love with it. Knowing we only had about a month and half to get dresses and alterations done we had asked if the other dresses could be matched to the one we all loved. Also knowing it would be a lot of work in the time frame we were needing them by. We were told yes that the dress we liked most could be replicated no problem. Then came the fitting appointments and little to no work had been done at the first 3 scheduled appointments. We were called the day of our 4th scheduled appointment to be told that they still weren’t ready and they needed more time to complete the 4 dresses. So we rescheduled for the weekend, thinking that would give them enough time to complete the dresses. Wrong. Went in to the rescheduled 4th appointment to see that our dresses were no more done than they were at the 3rd appointment. The weekend before the wedding for context. The following Monday we had to schedule another appointment for what we thought was going to be the final touches. Wrong again. My dress hadn’t even been touched. The other 3 were closest to “complete” but still unfinished. Because we had no more time to schedule any additional dress fittings we left it in the hands of the bridal shop to have our dresses completed. They were picked up and paid for. Got my dress home and it was a mess. The pleating work looked botched. I had a stain on the skirt. Called the bridal shop and dropped it off with them Thursday evening. Again the wedding was on Friday. Friday morning rolls around. I went back to the bridal shop to see the pleating looked somewhat better. And because of the material the stain on the skirt was worse than it was when I dropped it off Thursday night. The fix. Throw some extra material on top. Needless to say my bust area had seams ripping before the ceremony even started. They did hand deliver the dress to me. So that was nice. But it still was not up to standards. Not to mention the amount of money and time each of us put in to these dresses just for them to fall apart before the night ended. My sister’s wedding dress actually ripped as well. Overall the experience was terrible. And I will not be doing business with them again. The people who work there are great. But the overall quality of work was a disappointment. I tried to keep in mind that there are other people in the area who were needing their wedding dresses and prom dresses completed for them as well, but given the amount of work that needed to be done to the 3 out of the 4 dresses we had. If they weren’t going to look their best, we should have been told that from the beginning and we could have taken a different avenue to avoid this whole situation.

Absolute Bridal is the absolute BEST place for ALL your formal wear needs! We bought my Daughter’s GORGEOUS wedding gown & matching veil here & had the alterations for EVERYONE in the bridal party, as well as my Mother of the Bride dress done by, Tilly, the owner & BEST seamstress I have ever worked with! The whole team made this once in a lifetime experience an absolute dream! We are so truly thankful for all of their enthusiasm, expertise & professionalism! Deanna was the BEST HUMAN BEING that I’ve ever come across in my life. This adorable lady not only made finding my bridal dress fun and exciting, but also made it stress free and treated me with lots of love. One of the best experiences I got to enjoy and now keep as a memory in my heart. Shoutout to DEANNA because this lady was full of kindness and lots of love. Thank you so much for everything.
