Westlake Ace Hardware is known for excellent help and very knowledgeable staff who are friendly and caring. Customers praise the wide variety of products, including a pet department that is superior to local grocery or Walmart. When a heating and air conditioner service was unavailable, the store supplied telescoping fans quickly; the staff texted customers when the items were ready for pick up. Paint samples were offered with friendly, helpful assistance from knowledgeable representatives. While the store does not have everything, its variety is outstanding and the prices are a little high for a Midland location. Overall, the staff provides great customer service and goes beyond to help folks.
Friendly and helpful staff, and well stocked for a hardware store that isn't one if the giant big box stores. I like knowing where things are and getting in and out efficiently.
