Do not rent from Affordable storage on Thomason Dr. They make everything sound 100% good at the beginning but after two months they jack the price up by adding $100 more to the rent each month. So you only pay the good price for two moths. Also if you dont pay by 9:30 in the morning the day the payment is due they charge an additional $20. They dont tell you this when you first rent from them and they even ask you to give them a good review while you are waiting so it will help them. Its all a scam.

Be careful when renting from them. They get you in at a good price but after 3 months the rent for the storage more than doubles. If you don't pay by 9:30 am on the day it is due they charge $20 late fees which they fail to inform. Also the wall that is supposed to be secure is cracked and falling.

The staff at Affordable storage are the real MVP’s they made my worst day a little earlier with their easy rental online service, they had may unit ready in no time and they had the best rates in my opinion.

We walked in today to rent a storage , and Lilly and Norma were wonderful, they made all the process so easy , thanks to Norma for explaining everything so good ! Great place to store your belongings.

I am very disappointed they never told me my rate of 90 was a promotion and it will end and now I have been charge 172 I called and they said in the contract it stated that but I check and it doesn’t say it’s a promotion and they said the contract says subject to price change I guess the small letters, be aware of sudden price change specifically if you are on autopay

This place is a joke I was on contract for so much a month then they proceeded to go up a lot on my monthly and when I called and told them I was on contract they said there’s nothing they can do and if I wanted to keep that amount I need to pay a years worth but no where in the contract does it state my amount would go up only thing on there is late fees they lied to me to get business not professional at all

Recently rented a climate controlled unit. Easy entance/exit. The only concern I have is that there've been a few times I've found the main entrance to bldg where my unit is is not secure so it would be easy for anyone to walk in. I always make sure door is secure when I leave. Other than that, so far, so good 👍

I definitely recommend storing at Affordable Storage. The property staff are kind and understanding. The property is also very secure, not to mention clean. Amazing customer service from Dolores! Highly recommend.❤️
