Got a diagnostic from these ppl. First off.. the communication Is the WORSE. said they would call to let us know what was wrong. Never happened. Got a text instead.. when attempting to call to find out more. Never I mean Never an answer. And Secondly WAY over priced. Something another place charged 550 for ,they wanted to charge 914. Think about going to another place w more communication and better pricing. And if u would like to comment u don't have record of me. My husband went in. Not everything is done under the person reviewing your business. So instead of trying to call ppl out how about u fix your business

i went in at around 1pm and the guys were at lunch so they worked on it when they got back which worked out well. They said they would call when the truck was ready so i waited until they did call but the call never came. they said it would be ready around 4:00 PM and i still had not received a call so i called at about 4:50 to check the status if it would be ready , as they promised it was up next when the guys got back and they would have it ready. i called and they said they forgot to call so i went in and got my truck asap so it wouldn’t be held till the next day. The truck was aligned well but still drifted to the right a bit even a day or two after i got it back. fast forward to a week later and it feels almost how it was before i took it in! the truck doesn’t feel so aligned now and i have only been driving to and from work everyday, i don’t see any reason it should be unaligned.

Guys here did an absolute bang up job on my truck. My truck has never driven quite right from new. Took it to the GM dealership for alignment and they made it worse. Took it here and they got it dead on. My truck drives better than the day it rolled off the lot now thanks to these guys.

I had my car in today for an alignment. After picking it up I noticed the rear wheels weren’t even so I took it back to get readjusted. After taking it back I saw my car being hot rodded right in front of the shop I work at. After picking up the car for the second time and being told the adjustment I saw untouched was for the toe. I then pulled it into my shop I saw that there were still no adjustments made to the camber in the rear on one side. I had to lift the car and adjust the camber in hopes that it is relatively even since they didn’t. I am very disappointed with my service even though the gentlemen that I spoke with were very polite. I spent $150 and still had to adjust the alignment myself. I do not feel like that is very professional and I will not be returning.

Christian and fair gentlemen. Went in for alignment & tire rotation, put the car up on the rack, but then discovered that was not the problem I was having. Showed me my tires and recommended I get 2 new tires ASAP. Charged me $0 for looking at the car.

It's rubbish, I went to have my car's brakes fixed because it already needed to change the brake pads and I left it the same.
