I went to buy jeans and was approached by an older lady that came off super rude. I don't know exactly how she worded it but She pretty much told me that the jeans that I had in my hand were enough and not to get anymore to try on. She seemed annoyed when I asked her about a certain size and she just grabbed something and gave it to me. She didn't even give me the right size. With my luck, she's the one that ended to charging me and I could hear her talking into her little microphone to the other employees, very rudely about the customers. This was my first time shopping there. If I buy again, it'll be online.

We went shopping at the American Eagle in Midland Park Mall and I was BLOWN AWAY by the attentiveness of the staff. The store was beautiful with neat stacks full of the latest cut of jeans in all kids of fabrics. Depending on the cut and the fabric, my daughter falls between 2 different sizes. In every pair she tired on, I was able to find both sizes myself (because it was so organized!) but every time a staff member was there to help me neatly manage the stacks and pull the 2 sizes for me. The fitting room was attended by the sweetest girl that was turning over rooms by pulling and folding clothes and sanitizing with cleaning spray. Several times other employees came in to check on her and make sure she was OK. While in the dressing room for about 20 minutes I never saw anyone have to wait for a room. I never waited in line at check out. The staff was wearing masks but patrons were not required to. This was truly the post Covid shutdown shopping I was hoping for.

I went in for some shirts for my boys. I was helped by Rocio and she help me out and help me get some outfits for myself !! Loved her and they way she worked with her coworkers!! Give that women a raise!!!

Had to do a last minute shopping. The sales associate was name Rocio. She was very outgoing made me feel comfortable and confident. Not only did she help me get one outfit she got me 3 fits. That i loved!!! Also seemed like a very fun environment and clean store for sure will be coming back !!

The female manager at this location was so rude, awful and unhelpful. I came in for an exchange, gave her my receipt… she took it and asked for my driver’s license before she can do an exchange for me. I told her the return/ exchange policy doesn’t state that… she replied that’s her store policy, she wouldn’t issue an exchange not until I gave my license which I found very uncalled for. You just lost a customer!

The store looked awful!!The service was bad. the manager rocio I think was being rude and bossy to her fellow workers to the point on of the girls looked like she was going to cry. Rocio also helped me find clothes but not really she sighed every time I asked for help and she said that my pant size was too big for a normal person. I also overheard her and another manager talking about their customers saying they are too ghetto and ugly to be shopping there. There needs to be better management here!!

This place needs new management ASAP! I asked Rocio for help on finding a size in jeans, in which she did help me it seemed like with every question I asked she looked annoyed and wasn’t really giving good response’s.Also when I had told her what size I was she had responded with “are you sure that seems a little small for you”. After that comment I asked to speak to a manger and which she replied with “ I am the manager”. Will not be coming back .

Loved AE customer service! Went to exchange some jeans that I bought online. My baby was crying and not happy. Loved that the staff didn't even mind my crying baby, made me feel comfortable to be there. But still, I personally wanted to hurry get my jeans and go! The cashier got my vibe and got the jeans I needed himself. I didn't even have to go look around for them! He was so helpful and understanding! Thank you!

I went in to shop for some jeans and when I asked for help Rocio, I’m guessing of the managers, was extremely rude. She also seemed to be angry at her employees my entire shopping experience. It really made everything so tense and I felt nervous the entire time while she was walking around. Hire a new managers this one does not seem stable enough to run this store.
