I have a video of a caregiver pushing my 2 year old son from by her into a cabinet that’s in the class room you can hear him hit into it over the music,I called after seeing the video and was told it’s nothing they could do.
Definitely won’t protect your child,I still have the video.i don’t recommend the director/owner is hateful.

The director is very rude and mean she has a very strong mean mug we definitely dodged a bullet by choose a provider not too far away.

We love Animal Krackers! We have a 3 and 4 year old who have been here for a year. We feel so welcomed when we come in and our children feel so loved. It is comforting being able to leave my kids somewhere that I know they are being taken good care of. Communication has always been great and we’ve had no issues. We are so thankful we found this learning center a year ago and would definitely recommend them.

To the moms that are looking for a good childcare,please take into consideration these bad reviews. I personally don’t recommend this daycare, I had the teacher tell me what my daughter did was disgusting and make faces to something that is completely normal. They were calling me almost everyday about the same thing that why she was doing the restroom so much,she’s just an infant. Not only that my daughter would come home all dirty and stained with missing bottles. Decided to un enroll her, overall a very unprofessional daycare.

I do not recommend it at all, they are very unprofessional, they change the teacher for the children, which does not help them to adapt well and if they cry, they call you to come get them, I personally put him so that he could relate to the children, but yes You work, I do not advise you to waste your time with people who do not want to work and if that were not enough, the child was given to me dirty because they hardly clean him and also very bare in conclusions, terrible experiences.

I do not recommend this place at all the teachers are very unprofessional they deliver the child very dirty and neglected my grandson came with a number of stones in his shoes from the park which caused him sores he could not walk because of the pain and only his mother noticed From this they don't even take the trouble to clean his mouth when he eats, he brought several blows today he goes to a different kindergarten where you can notice the great difference and the care they give to the child, parents do not be guided only by the nice reception that they give and attention to what happens in there

Wouldn't recommend this place. It took me just a couple of days to realize it wasn't a good daycare. I did my research and I got this daycare from the DFPS website not Google. I guess they need to do another inspection and update their website.

I came to this facility looking for childcare for my son, and I had a very good impression from the moment that I walked through the door. I was happy to see how clean that this facility was, how welcoming they were, and how they had things organized for the children. I looked at 8 other daycare centers, but ended up choosing this one in the end. It was very hard to find good childcare here in Midland! Either places are booked and have waiting list, or are just not what you are looking for. I am very pleased with my decision, and I look forward to my son starting here. Give this place a try, they will give you a peace of mind, and you will find the right daycare center for your child here.

Vicky, I am so sorry you had such an unpleasant experience at our center. We typically do not get complaints, so I was surprised when your review was brought to my attention. I hate that you never voiced any of these concerns when your sweet kiddo attended. We have very good relationships with our parents and always welcome feedback and suggestions. As far as sickness goes, that is one of the unfortunate parts of attending a daycare for the first time and being exposed to other children. All 3 of my kids battled illness their first year but my pediatrician told me,’Hang in there! They could either build their immunity now or in kindergarten.’ She was right! My kids are never sick now. We do our very best to keep our children well. Finding the balance between needlessly causing parents to miss work and sending legitimately sick kids home can be a difficult judgement call, but we do our best. As far as cleanliness, we do have certain times of the day that are messier than others. Most of our parents, that come in regularly, also see our teachers cleaning and sanitizing regularly. Hope all is well with you and your little one!

Before my daughter started day care she was never sick until we brought her here. The first couple times she became ill i bypassed it knowing it was still new to her, until my daughter being sick was a regular thing. She stayed sick and because the owner allowed children carring any kind of virus was still allowed up there. That day care had a continous outbreak of hand foot to mouth which i nevet heard of till my daught went there the owner tries to make it seem that she knows more about ur child then u do. I do not recommend this place for an infant its disorganized and disgusting my pediatrician even said to pull her out.

My youngest has gone here for the last 2.5 years, I hate the thought of having to pull him. The only reason he won't be going to Animal Krackers anymore is because I no longer will be working in Midland & the hours I need have to start a little earlier. I highly recommend this incredible place!!! We love Amy & Janna, they're doing such a wonderful job with running this establishment!!! My little guy has learned so much, has thrived, and also loves going here! The teachers have loved my little guy & even helped him through many melt downs, many fits, & never once have I not trusted them to help him through it all!I highly recommend getting on the dshs website & going through all child care centers' walk throughs & ratings!

I have both of my sons here. Oldest is about to start kinder but went to Animal Krackers since he was 2 and has always enjoyed going to daycare and seeing his friends and teachers. My youngest started at 6 weeks old and is now 3. He also really like going to daycare. I have never really had any issues with Animal Krackers, if there was ever a problem or a incident we were informed immediately and they would handle business very professionally. The facility still has most of the same teachers since my boys started years back. They are all very friendly and really get to know and care about the children there. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.
