I brought a straighten that I was super excited to use (mind you it was pretty pricey) and went home to use it and it literally pulled out my hairs out tried to return it or echange it, I couldn't because I used it literally once. The lady was nice about it but still that's 150 down the drain and a brand new straighten I won't use.

Best place to get your professional products. They do require for you to have your cosmetologist license or license on the beauty field. They carry pretty much all professional brand hair products. You will find hair tools, color, shampoo, conditioner and many hair treatments. They have tons of selection on products on nails. The staff is very well educated on their products and will get you want you need when you ask. Always have great deals on different things. They now also have a rewards program, pretty cool because you can exchange does rewards for products. I have never had a bad experience and hope to never do.

Poor customer service. It is very common to be met with a rude attitude here. After how my assistant was treated by an employee today, I don't believe I'll be placing orders through Armstrong McCall any longer.

This is the nicest Armstrong I've ever been in & I've visited them in at least 4 different states!!! I feel very fortunate to get to use this one while I live here!!!!
