Fist time here and I loved it! I can’t recall her name but she’s a Spanish speaking girl, light complexion, she was super nice and very attentive. She was always making sure I was liking the process. Definitely recommend this place.

I got a pedicure and he was in a rush because it was slowly approaching closing time & instead of doing it correctly and applying the fake nail then powder he created my nails with the fake powder which i went to get fixed cause it was too thick now it broke and i refuse to go a third because if it was just done right it wouldn’t be a problem I got them done Wednesday n they broke Friday . Wasted 72 dollars

I absolutely love this place. But sad that as soon as I left the polish on my toenail came off. And I’m just about to go on vacation 115$ plus a 20$ tip to both the lady who did my toes and the gentleman who did my nails. Kinda ridiculous if you ask me…

Waited for nails got the only lady here who speaks only Spanish apparently!?! But why does she understand everyone’s English but mine? I don’t mind the learning curve with a different language I speak both languages but to completely pretend you don’t understand me that’s not professional……Wasn’t helpful at all she sat there and laughed and giggled I finally walked away to sit with my daughter who was getting her nails done professionally by someone not laughing at her! If you come here make sure you can communicate with your nail tech

Came in @1:45 with a friend to get 2 pedicures and a fill. They were busy with pedicures so we waited 20 minutes and my friend went to go get her kids from school. Right after she left they started my fill. #5 Vin. He was very rushed and didn’t seem like he wanted to do the design which was just an ombré, 6 rhinestones, & a 2 gold strips. He did a rushed job and then had attitude because he forgot to do the design. Or misunderstood what I was asking for. Nonetheless gave attitude. Which the next 3 guest he gave 5 star treatment. BTW I was very polite and understanding of what he couldn’t & obviously did not want to do. My friend came back right after my fill finished and they still hadn’t finished other pedicures because one girl had an appointment (completely understandable). When they did have someone available they skipped my friend for a girl who only been waiting maybe 20 minutes. I asked if she was going to be skipped and they said my friend left and the other girl had been waiting a long time. When the entire time they weren’t even ready for her. It’s now 3:52 and they just got started. Finally left @5:09pm. Then they couldn’t give me a breakdown of the price. Which originally they told me $160 & apparently tipped themselves because charged me $167. Tipping is never an issue but not for the service I received today. By far the worst experience I’ve had at this place. It used to be amazing but seems like the owners are never here anymore and it’s ran however they choose depending on whose here in charge. Definitely not coming back even though I completely enjoy the lady who did my toes these last 2 times. Also will forever love John & his wife but I’m never pouring my money into this place.Services: Acrylic nails

Got recommended this place and never again was seated on #5 a guy did them and he was so rough and my nails were horrible literally took them off in 4 days they were uneven had bumps in them and just not what I wanted.
