Booked a room for employees online. Called to get a cc form. I started and she says we don’t have any rooms available. I said I booked online. Well come then was her response. I was trying to explain what I needed. She said when you get here we can talk about it. I tried again to tell her I don’t travel I just set up details. She started screaming when you get here we can talk about it I have another guest. And hung up on me. Also, they want a cash deposit.

The rooms were absolutely disgusting. We took the financial loss and went to another hotel. The rooms were dirty, walls dirty, bugs under the mattresses. We were traveling with our babies and just couldn’t stay in something like that. Unfortunately, no refund, but thankfully, we didn’t get bed bugs.

They accept cards for the room fee but require an extra $30 deposit (cash). If you accidentally stumble upon this hotel at night, make sure you have cash. The room was really dirty, there was hair everywhere. It was so dirty that I wouldn't be surprised if a scorpion came out from under the bed.

1 star because the only good thing I could find were no LIVE bugs. Plenty of carcasses dried on the walls though. Would not go back!

If it were possible to give negative stars I would give -5. I didn't believe it was possible for this place to fall any further into the trash than it was but, boy, I was wrong. The lady in the office is as rude as they get. Yelled at me about a deposit that wasn't necessary less than a month ago. Then tried to charge me extra money for a late check out. Harassed me as I was leaving the room. Tried to tell me that she wouldn't give me my deposit back because of a dirty towel and because my sink was too dirty, which it wasn't. I had to remind her that they employ a housekeeping staff to clean rooms. When I called her on her attempt to be a thief by withholding my deposit her attitude changed and she decided to just keep a portion of it. The rooms are sub par at best. The air conditioner filters were so caked with lint and dirt that I had to clean them. But that's the norm. Wyndham should be ashamed to let this dump carry its name. Save yourself the trouble.

I booked a reservation online ! I go to check in and the lady at the front desk said I needed to pay $30 for deposit in cash ! I told the lady I didn’t have the cash so she told me that I could cancel the reservation! The lady was rude and getting mad at me for canceling the reservation! I call the website to cancel the reservation ! The website said that days inn had a non refundable policy ! That the website needed documentation that days inn willing to cancel my reservation! When I called days inn the lady at the front desk was yelling at me and being so rude ! Never again will I go there ! Days inn had gaps on the floor by the base boards ! Fix it and maybe days in. Would have more business

Horrible service. Had to wait for someone from the front desk to get there for 20 mins, bugs in the room, tv and lamps were broken. I went back to the lobby not even 2 hrs after checking in to check out, was told I’d get a full refund when I left only to be told I’m getting charged for a night next day even tho I didn’t stay at this disgusting place. HORRIBLE PLACE! DONT GO HERE!

It was horrible I will never stay there again very ran down nothing worked at all lots of people just living there very loud could not sleep I left at 4 am it was so bad

Counter attendant keeps sign out saying will be back in 10-15 min and is away from desk, doors do not lock properly/ side door (egress for fire) not operational, outside grounds not kept up with weeds ankle and knee tall growing out of sidewalks and parking area, back of building has rooms that have plywood for windows, man lift inside leaked hydraulic fluid all over, ceilings evidence of water intrusion, rooms have missing/disabled smoke detectors, secondary inside door stops removed, no coffee makers or hair dryers in rooms, everything dirty and cigarette butts in halls/common areas, bed sheets have cigarette burns. Do not recommend!
Rooms: Very dirty, stains on walls, dirt on walls and floors, box spring falling apart, tub cracked, paint peeling
Safety: Missing/disabled smoke alarms and secondary door latch removed
Food and drinks: No breakfast like advertised and no coffee maker in room

They don't upkeep there rooms. A/C barely works. Remote doesn't. They switched us rooms and the same results. Everything barely worked. The guy at the front desk acted like we were interrupted his personal time. Rooms and customer service was poor. Perfect hotels for all the drug addicts I see come through here.
