Went to the other store to get a phone- they set it up wrong and spent way too long there. Went to this store location and Crystal was able to get it up and running in under 10 minutes. New preferred location!

Went with a friend for her to get a new phone, and trade the one she had in. Employee by the name of mercy helped her, and completely lied to her and told her about this big promotion going on where she would get so much for her old phone and so on. After making the deal and opening the new phone wiping the old phone and setting it up, mercy stated oh I’m sorry the promotion ended in April. And there was nothing she could do. Worst experience I’ve been around at this store. Really need to find employees that know what day it is and take respsonsibility for screwing somebody over instead of saying oh sorry but your screwed basically. I’ll never go back to this place and will tell everybody I know not to.

My associate was efficient in acknowledging me in a very busy location. She was knowledgeable with assisting me with the products for my new phone. I would return to this store for any future needs and recommend this associate.

Employees are not friendly, I waited to speak to someone 15 min after someone that came in after me, just bad experience at this location. Merci is however very helpful & friendly. Most difficult transition from one mobile service to another I’ve done😔

The worst service! staff is untrained and cost my business money. To make it short spent 4 hrs the first day. Was given a phone, 16 Pro max with issues from the beginning. I was told it would resolve after a few hrs and when my apps finished downloading. The next 9 days were nothing but issues. I was told, and it’s advertised that I would have 30 days to return it if I changed my mind. Lies! Took it back on the 9th day to have the issues resolved or return my old phone. Come to find out if you do the exchange for the discount they send your old phone back with in the week. They could not give me an answer on how I could acquire my old phone or be compensated for it. The only option I had was to return the defective phone get charged a $55 dollar restocking fee. When I asked, why was I being charged a $55 dollar restocking fee for a defective product they sold me nine days ago. The answer I got was “ it’s our policy”. I couldn’t believe it. So I paid the $55 dollar restocking fee plus $10 for a new screen protector. What happened next will blow your mind! They deleted my old phone before it could be verified and the transfer completed 🤬. That started a new chain of events. I was sent to Best Buy so they could unlock my iCloud. When I got to Best Buy, they told me I would have to make an appointment and pay $99 fee. Unacceptable. They also informed me that if I had an iPad associated with my account, I could do it that way, why they couldn’t do that at the store tells me they’re just incompetent. I went back to the store and informed them what I was told by Best Buy. They said oh that’s correct. Didn’t think about that 🤬🤬. I left the store went to another AT&T store on Wadley. They help me recover a portion of my information. Basically, at this point, I can only call and receive texts. My iCloud at the moment is locked up and I have to wait a week for AT&T to unlock my iCloud. I will never go back not even sure if I’ll stay with AT&T.

Rep by the name Marilyn was rude as hell. Acted as if she hated her job and couldn’t give decent customer service, weird because that’s what her whole job consists of. Within 4 mins of the conversation she dismissed me and wouldn’t give me corporates number. Just had questions about why a rep would tell me I could bring my phone in on a specific date just for them not to accept it.

This store only has the low end memory phones. Anything else has to be ordered and you have to sign for it when it FINALLY gets delivered.
Now 3 days later and I still have no phone. Horrible way to treat a business customer.

Julieanna customer service was phenomenal!! She had my family and I very comfortable and would quickly assist us in any questions or concerns we had switching over from our previous provider, she was incredibly professional and knowledgeable in selling us a great deal with AT&T. She will definitely be my first call for any future purchases or concerns. Thank you Julieanna in assisting us with our purchases!
