I had trade in my phones I was supposed to get my value for both phones they told me I was gonna receive a card through mail in 5 months never received it. Now I called multiple times and i found out the deposit that was made was never marked in system. And only did one phone that I still haven’t received so someone took my money for me and my phones. I will be getting a lawyer.

AT&T ONLINE really messed up my new account bad, sent me the wrong phone and had me run around different stores. I am glad I came to this location and met the rep Bella and the manager for the district. Not only did they fix my issues, they saved me some money too. I imagine they could have just sent me on my way to deal with the online reps, but they took it upon themselves to spend time and fix everything. I appreciate you guys!

Went in for a new line and was helped by a wonderful worker. Answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable about the phone I was looking at. Ask for Armando Diego. He will get you what you need.

Jasmine was great she greet me at the door with a smile made me feel welcome to the store, the store was amazing with all the decorations for Easter and jasmine made sure i understood what was going on my account was going through my account and helping me get a discount on my account I greatly appreciate jasmine and Bella for the service they provided for me definitely will come back

The customer service at the AT&t store on interstate 20 was so bad I have never had somebody roll their eyes at you when you walked in the door usually you get a hello how you doing I'll be right with you. The attitude of the young man that was working was so bad I have never been treated so bad.
