Yesenia was such a great help . I use a can and sometimes have a hard time getting into places . Worst service possible. We come from 30 minutes away, we ordered online called multiple times to make sure the order was available got multiple yes. When we get here they told us the order was on hold after we made sure it had cleared. Manager seemed annoyed that we were trying to get our items that we paid for, he seemed like he didn’t want to help and couldn’t be bothered. Definitely will not use this location again.

We had Danielle as our service helper and she was fantastic. Not only did we feel welcome, but she remembered me coming in about a week ago to ask her an easy question. She interacted with my husband and I. We had a good time, laughed and talked about life while we were getting our phones done. She never once acted inconvenienced and while she was taking care of us. She helped multiple customers without causing inconvenience to us or slowing down our experience! We have been to places all over town and this is by far the BEST service we’ve had. Thank yall so much for being kind and getting us taken care of so quick.

Very satisfied with service rep she was very helpful very knowledgeable and even though it was close to closing time very happy to attend us with a smile.As a customer it's always a drag to go into a store expecting that you will be there a long time but was extremely satisfied with how prompt my rep was and her professionalism. The person that helped us was Angel. He went out of his way to get us the plan and phone that was right for our budget and to be able to keep the same number. Best customer service I've had . Will recommend this place to anyone who is shopping for a cell phone service.
