I was in this store at approximately 9:30 pm and was greeted by a man in a gray shirt with a very arrogant attitude and no manners at all. There was a young lady struggling very hard with a pallet jack and I pulled it straight for her and she was quickly reprimanded for me helping her by the man in the gray shirt for allowing me to help her. After rudely addressing his employee he proceeded to tell me that he was too busy to help me and the young man helping another customer would help me as soon as he could. He dismissed my request for assistance by telling me he was already doing something else which was obviously administrative work he had to do so he could avoid any disruption in his effort to get out of the store as soon as possible. I did not get his name but he was by far the rudest employee I have ever encountered at an Auto Zone. I would appreciate it if I never had to deal with another employee at an Auto Zone with his attitude again. I wish had had the patience to ask his name but I was so insulted by his attitude that I simply left for an Oriellys across the street. I hope that someone in upper management reprimands this employee and I would appreciate never seeing him in an Auto Zone again. He was the rudest person I’ve encountered in a retail setting in a very long time. The one star was only so that I could post my experience. I will not be back because of this individual.

The place is supposed to open at 7:30. As of 8:00 they were not open. There was a lady on the phone with someone trying to get the doors open with no luck. A little after 8:00, a different worker showed up, out of uniform saying how he was there at 7 but had to leave or something.Tried calling the store manager, come to find out, they were fired (go figure). Tried calling the district manager, no answer. Tried calling the regional manager, no answer.This place is a joke. Obviously, no one cares. Headed to O’rielly’s.

I went to this store and I had the joy of interacting with the young Ledian who treated me very well and changed my battery and also helped me clean the rust that the batteries had. He is a young man with a good attitude and very professional, I would recommend him 100% everyone also speaks Spanish and English and here in Midland there are many Hispanics and it is very good to have a person who treats you with respect and who is patient to help you. Very good service. I hope when I return he will be there to help me again.

I needed my battery checked..it was bad so they checked if mine was still under warranty..it was! Erica was so helpful..changed out batteries quickly and was very great talking with her. Shes a keeper!

I dropped in today to get new windshield blades. Marianne D. took excellent care of me! She replaced my blades and refilled my windshield fluid. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes! It’s hard to get good service in Midland, but Marianne was fast, friendly, and very sweet. You can’t beat good service with a smile! Thank you, Marianne!

Undrea helped me figure out the my thermostat housing was messed up. What really stood out was that he had just clocked out for the day but saw that I needed help and took time out of his day to figure out what was going on with my jeep and why it kept overheating. Very grateful .
