Not sure if they changed their hours and didn’t change the sign on the door (and hours of operation online), or just decided to close early, but it’s 10:17pm and they’ve locked the doors and are just chatting it up inside. So disappointing, I only needed a 25amp fuse for my truck.
Ok, so they closed early to do inventory before they get a delivery in the morning, and before the big bosses show up tomorrow. I called them and they were nice enough to let me in to get my fuse. Very grateful!

I had misplaced my keys, I thought they were locked in my car. They were not & I had already had a key man come & unlock my car. It being a 2016 Suburu, when you open a car that way the horn blares, so it was disabled. There I am left with a car I cannot drive! Hmmm, what to do… I called Auto zone on Rankin Hwy & spoke to a great guy named RAOUL. I don’t know him & he didn’t know me, however he said , no worries, I get off at 11pm , when my wife comes to get me , I will come & hook up your battery. A few minutes later , he called back & said he had to work late, but was sending two of his best, dependable guys, Matthew & Christopher. Mind you , by then it was almost 12pm. About 15 min. Later, these 2 young men pulled up to my apartment. They politely introduced themselves & preceded in hooking up my battery. I offered them the money I had on me, which they refused. I firmly told them , that their time was just as important & they just saved the day for me. Such kind, polite young men, that I don’t see very often. RAOUL, the manager called me back a little later to make sure all was well with my vehicle. That kind of service is few & far between ! I totally recommend them for any honest service your vehicle would need. They are awesome‼️💯👍🏍️🚘⛴️🚦

Called today 6/14/2024 at 10:01 pm to get a quote on break pads the guy gave me a quote and rudely hung up without asking if i needed anything else. I called back to speak to manager and he said “I am the manager I gave you what you wanted a quote! I will definitely be going elsewhere!

manager was very helpful and got me taken care of with no problems on a battery warranty another employee entered incorrectly 2 years ago when I purchased it.
