They would drive a lot more business to their coffee shop if they had more than one power outlet. There are only two tables in the whole cafe that can reach an outlet. Don't bother coming here to get coffee & get work done- you won't have a power source.

I enjoy the coffee and food and you can read or visit with friends. The have bargains on books and gift items for everyone. Can't find what book you need go the help desk and they will order it for you

They always have piles of boxes next to the magazine racks, that will remain untouched for WEEKS! No one bothers to put the magazines out. It’s really annoying to go by 4-5 times and still cannot buy a magazine cause it’s somewhere in a box

After searching all over for Munchkin we finally found help at B&N!! Thank you Marissa for taking the time to help us and show us around the new sections.Kiddos to Marissa for taking the time to help us around (after we walked right by the new displays). She even stopped her task to recommend other games and expansion packs.

Its stunning the variety they have, especially in spanish book. They have a kids section, which I like because it can encourage them to read. Very quiet and neat, you can enjoy a good read and browse comfortably.

the gal at cuatomer service desk went out of her way to check back to see if a book was in stock even tho they had juat had a delivery. exceptional everyone is very nice helpful and friendly

Well stocked, but the furniture is dirty. Bathrooms are mostly clean but need repairs and updates.

They have a large variety and range of books. There is also a really good selection of hobby type items and toys. It's usually very clean and neat here. I would say it is also a pleasant place to sit with a coffee and read.
