Midland is the nearest Subaru dealership to us. There business is awesome. Jimbo is the service manager and was a great help and very friendly to us. I do wish we had purchased our 2024 Crosstret for Cavender Subaru of Midland.

I recently purchased my first Subaru from Cavender Subaru of Midland Odessa. It was a great experience from the moment we pulled up in the lot! My experience at Subaru was amazing. Jimbo took such great care of me and my daughters at the service desk, he even ran to grab my car seats to put in the loaner car to grab my daughter. Matt at sales went over the top to help me. He put my car seats in my new car knowing I needed to go pick up my daughter from school. I’m new to Texas but these two men showed me that famous Texas hospitality.

Lopaka made buying a car quick and easy while still explaining all the necessary ins and outs of the bottom line. Unlike experiences in the past, my credit was ran minimally and from start to finish I was in a new car within 3 hours. Subaru of Midland Odessa is top notch when it comes to quality of staff, inventory, and customer satisfaction. Just as I pulled up to Subaru of Midland Odessa, Mr. Keller came to see if I had an appointment. I told him no and he said no worries. Mr. Keller asked many questions and found the perfect car for me. He allowed me to test drive the Subaru Impreza and it brought back all the reasons I love driving smaller cars. Mr. Keller showed me the newest features. Ha! Some he had to show me again and again because I am the dinosaur of technology! He definitely had the patience of a saint!!! Thank you.Mr. Terry introduced himself and added a few extra goodies. Thank you.Then to top it all off, I got into my new car and discovered a trunk load of fun! Last but not least there was a note that promised me that I would be protected for a lifetime:)Thanks to everybody that made me feel like family!!!

Loved my buying experience (even though I had to work mostly through it) my husband felt that they respected his wishes and did a great job making us feel really welcome! I absolutely love my new Subaru (her name is Subi) we love her so much already! Matthew and the sales team were great with making sure we were taken care of and helping our family with the prefect car! We would definitely use that dealership again!!

Good experience overall. We had an appointment because the Check Engine light was on. They got the car in for a diagnosis very quickly, but said it would take almost a week to fix the problem. We had to argue to get it fixed in a reasonable amount time because we were travelling from out of town. Patrick was very professional and helpful, and overall a pleasure to work with.

The entire team was helpful and worked with me to get the car I wanted at a decent rate. They went out of their way to pick me up and bring me to the dealership when my new car arrived and I felt like I was treated with respect the entire time.

The *** I was interested in supposedly sold a day or two before my appointment to test drive it. The dealership new I was driving from over two hours away and didnt bother to let me know. Since I made the drive I looked at what was available and was interested in possibly buying a different vehicle. When it came time to discuss my trade in they said they needed to test drive it my car to get an accurate estimate. I loaned them the keys to do so, when the dealer came back he didnt have the keys. I already knew the carfax and kbb value of my car, when they wouldnt offer even half of its value repeatedly, I told them I was done talking and wanted my keys so I could leave. ******, the sales agent went to talk to his manager and came back without my keys, and a new offer, still very low. I said no, Im done! Give me my keys. He said he was going to talk to his manager again. This time I followed him. His manager wouldnt give me my keys, when asked, nor when demanded, essentially holding myself and my wife hostage because we wouldnt agree to the insulting low offer. Its wasnt until I became hostile and cussing them out at a volume the whole floor could hear, then they finally gave me my keys back. This dealership has a very stereotypical slime ball car salesman practice. They lack any shred of integrity and are morally bankrupt.

I purchased a new WRX for my son. The dealer did not have one on the lot. They told me they would be able to obtain one and found one at another dealer. I was shown a picture of the car with the price and was told to initial in agreement with the price. I was not told or advised I was paying a premium for a new car. I was told that the price being offered was the price of the car. After delivery, I found the true MSRP in the glove box and it was $10,000.00 less than I paid. I contacted the salesperson, finance manager and sales manager to ask about the premium. None of them responded. I understand in the current supply chain that dealers do put premiums on cars, but I was not told I was paying one. I would not recommend this dealership because of their lack of upfront pricing and lack of communication.Update:Since posting my review, I have been contacted by the manager explaining their position of disclosure. I was emailed the sheet I signed with premium listed as an accessories along with an asterisk at the bottom of the page stating inventory adjustment. I am attaching that document. Most people would assume it had accessories especially since it was never explained. Please keep in mind I was never given this sheet after signing it nor was the premium explained to me. Most customers would appreciate the salesman to explain the accessories. Based on previous reviews, I can see this is not their practice.
