Cashier was so rude rolling her eyes at us cause I asked to do an exchange. White lady with a men’s hair cut & black dirty hands which by the way the hands looked so unsanitary.

i understand the young lady working there during the day seems to be special needs. i do not want to be labeled a bad person but….. she walks up to you not respecting your personal space and points to a soap and says ‘ can i interest you in this one?’ i told her i already have one in the bag and she responded kinda snarky ‘well i’m just trying to do my job’ ooookaaaay. there’s also an older lady that just rushes you at the door… look i get it, customer service but come on 😫

The ladies working the register were completely rude. They definitely need to get better about being nice to customers since they are in the customer service business. I didn’t get name tags, but it was mainly an older lady. There was a younger lady as well at the register who wasn’t very nice, but the older lady was very rude.

I had the WORST experience at the Midland Park Mall bath and body works. Basically a friend and I went in a few minutes before closing and was immediately given dirty looks. When this happens I walk out to the front because I know that we're there late and they probably want to close and go home. I work at the mall. I know how it is when someone walks in 5 to 10 minutes before close.
I tell my friend "hurry up and we need to go and leave because they're closed." As I am doing this I'm standing at the front of the store where it meets the hallway where they close the doors. I'm waiting for my friend at the front and as I'm doing this one of the female employees is watching me giving me dirty looks. I figured it's because they're annoyed that we came in later then they'd like...
All of the sudden I hear his a clearly " You can go ahead and make a report if you like" directed towards obviously me. I blatantly hurt her say this in front of me so I stopped and asked her "What did you say?"????
She snarkily replied "NOTHING "
I honestly couldn't believe what I was hearing.
So I told her" I don't know what you're trying to accuse me of but I didn't do anything, look I'll even show you!!!!"
So then I opened my purse in front of her, rifled through it showing her I didn't take anything and even turned my pockets inside out to prove my innocence! Are then insisted that they review their footage and watch it closely. I've never been so upset!!!!

Previous to this incident ,I had an issue with their ONLY male employee up there. He had tried to contact me multiple times asking me to hang out, and then of course it got creepy!! So I cut communication with him and told him I couldn't talk to him anymore. I remembered walking into the store during this incident and that mail employee was there and gave me a dirty look as soon as I walked in!!! Could this be some kind of weird retaliation effort on his part because I rejected him? & If that isn't the case then what is it?? Why did they only say that about me? Why not my white male friend that was with me?? Is a race thing, i didn't know? (Because I am a brown person) Nothing like this is ever happened to me before I feel targeted and discriminated against and I absolutely made a report to corporate to follow up the incident!!!
I'm about to go return all of the products I bought a couple days before this incident. Do not go to this bath and body works and shop there. If you support me I will update with a follow-up!!!! I do not want to have to contact my attorney involving this incident but I will if I need to!!!! Unbelievable in this day and age that this stuff happens. Whether it was in fact this male employee that was seeking some type of weird revenge on me or if if it was a discrimination thing. Either way, it's pretty disheartening because I work at the mall (I've worked at this mall for 5 years). This store and it's employees have made me feel like my reputation is being questioned and I do not appreciate that in any way shape or form! This will be followed through with on my part!!!!!

I texted my daughter a picture of a coupon to use in store. I wasn't sure if she would be able to use it that way, so I told her if not, don't worry about it, just get the stuff. The associate was able to scan the coupon, but said it had already been used (it absolutely hadn't - I got it in the mail and I don't live where there's a BBW, and I don't buy from them online because I'm not paying for shipping). But regardless, that was fine; I'd told my daughter to buy the stuff whether the coupon worked or not, so she told the associate that was fine, she'd pay full price. The associate then continued on, "Yeah, so these computers are smarter than you think, so you probably shouldn't try to pull that again," implying that my daughter was trying to cheat and use a coupon twice. My daughter was embarrassed for no reason, and that is unacceptable.
