Room was basic. No security. Our U-Haul was broken into over night and many items were stolen. There is no security efforts by the hotel.

I normally stay at the Odessa location and thought it would be similar - not even close. The room had stains on the carpet and pillows. Towels were worn, and the room had a funky smell. The staff was unprofessional, including not emailing a bill due to their excuse of I should have asked for a paper copy. The hotel was overall gross. I was eager to get out the following day.

Rooms were clean, check-in was smooth. There was only one shared elevator, so that's was a negative. Breakfast was mehhh. The menu said omelets, but I didn't see the option to make/order an omlet and by 9am, the breakfast was gone. It would have been nice if they had a filtered water station or something for guest. I would say this hotel is about a 3.4 out of 5.

The room had a layer of dust on everything.The ceiling fans made a lot of noise, bathtub wouldn't drain,A/C didn't work properly. There was mud all over the front entrance. To top it off we had to leave one day early because our city was hit by a tornado. We checked out at 8:00am and they would not reimburse us for the next day. The manager was rude and we will never stay at any of there properties again.

Service I would of rated higher had the front desk staff wasn't rude. I would expect when you make a reservation on your companies website means the reservation is made and not being grilled by the front desk saying give me your credit card, and prattling on about can't have credit card fraud I've had to check in over 200 people today. Then joke to another guest about it while I'm standing there right in front of them.

All the staff has been awesome and super helpful. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is good. Probably the best biscuits and gravy I've had at a hotel.

This hotel has a very accessible and convenient location. However I would probably never stay here again. First, the elevators don't work and haven't worked for over 6 weeks. Why don't they inform the guests ahead of time??? All first floor rooms were taken so my family and I had to lug everything up the stairs. Next the sheets were full of hair. Not sure if they were even cleaned properly . Finally, breakfast the next day was decent. Overall the experience was ok but if the elevators haven't worked for over 6 weeks and they fail to warn the guests, there are major communication issues with Best Western.

Location has deteriorated over the past couple years. Not worth the price when nicer hotels charge less close by.
