I’ve had Billy Black HVAC come to my house 2 times over the past 5 years when it was completed being built. Black HVAC installed the HVAC ON the new construction. The first time the problem turned out to be a builder oversight and the technician fixed the problem nevertheless. This time it was a part wearing out from normal wear and tear. I have been surprised at how efficient, knowledgeable professional, and courteous both technicians have been (Jeremiah and Garrett )were. Completely recommend Billy Black HVAC without reservation.

I today I had Jessie Gutierrez come out and install my new heating/cooling air conditioner unit. Arrived on schedule at 8:30 and was finished around 4pm. Excellent customer service, very polite, very knowledgeable. My home is cooling great!!! I highly recommend anyone needing to replace a unit. Excellent work!
