My husband and I rented a unit for 18 days. Partial June and through the 13th of July. On the rental we told him we would clear out on that Sunday and be moving straight to Houston. He asked if we were sure and gave us his best discount of 10% of as a military discount. He then charged us an additional month rent and told our bank we were there until August 8th which was not true we had already moved. Would not answer phone day we moved or since we called to ask them to remove charge

I have had a unit rented here for 12 years. This new guy Race comes in and raises my rent from $195 to $755 per month in one month. I am in the process of vacating that unit and will NEVER give another dime of my money to this company!

The manager before was such a great help, but as soon as the new manager Race came in it all fell apart. I had a unit and because they failed to add our name to it they marked it as an unoccupied unit. Let me first say, we had informed the new manager MULTIPLE times that it was our unit and he made the decision to rid all of our stuff in that unit including new furniture we had stored there. The excuse was that he couldn’t find a name attached to the unit even though we let him know multiple times it was ours. I had even asked for him to put a new lock and his response was “it’s better if you do that yourself”. Then instead of calling or trying to “find out” who the unit belong to he got rid of our belongings. Stuff that will NEVER be returned to us or never be compensated for. Sorry, but we never had problems with CFC for the last 6 years until now. Just BE AWARE.
