I love going to that bank, Mrs. Desteny almost always serves me, she is wonderful, helpful, she loves her job. I have no words to say how wonderful that bank is.

Horrible service! I got a bonus offer in the mail to go set up a new account with Chase. I couldn’t set one up online, because it needs to be a joint account with my spouse. Chase is apparently one of the only banks on the planet that won’t let you set up a joint account online, you have to do it in person. so my husband is in town, and I takeoff work early to go set up the account. 3 people sitting in their office an hour and a half before closing. They tell us we have to have an appointment to set up an account because it takes 45 minutes to have a new account set up. Two rude and entitled staff later, they tell us that they can’t make an appointment for the next time that the two of us will be in town together, because it is too far in the future. They can only book one week in advance.RUN AWAY - no cash bonus is worth this amount of headache

No one helps you even when your the only one here the atm is always broke and the workers are rude and just stay on there phones and get a attitude if you ask them a question. I know west Tx people are lazy but this is crazy. Taking my banking down the street.

We use chase and love it. Went to get a document notarized today. The woman that greeted us was as nice as could be. We waited a long time which was fine. The the fake blond ice queen bi*** from hell came out and literally told us “We can start the notary but I have an 11 o’clock PRIORITY, and will have to stop when they come in” sort of the way she said it. She didn’t want us there or to bother with us. We said it’s ok just make an appointment for us later that day… she tools 15 minutes to check her busy schedule and finally came back out and said that someone else may be able to do it in the afternoon. 5 minute notary… what a real piece of crap that person is. We went to a mail place and paid 15 bucks for 5 minutes of notary.
