“We took our son into the Kid's Foot Locker location here in Midland Mall and were very happy with the choices and the service. It was the manager who helped us and she was both very friendly and incredibly helpful. We let her know we were new to the area and she talked to us about Midland and the area itself. She also was very knowledgeable about the shoes and helped us a lot as our son showed us what he liked. We also grabbed him a tee-shirt and she was super helpful in not only finding a great one but one that was on sale. This was a super great experience and we will be back when he needs more shoes.”

“Not happy with my purchase at this store. Went to tried and was informed that was not their policy due to tags being off. Most stores have a retag device. Which enables them to retag a purchase. Keep in mind not even 12 hours later I needed to return them. Due to their sizes not being a normal size for the boutiques I normally shop at. So I’m stuck with pants that are a size too small and a jacket I can’t wear due to it being very itchy and scratchy. Money isn’t the issue. It’s the principle. Had it been a couple of days. I would totally understand, but it was not even 12 hours and due to my kids taking the tags off without my knowledge but me still having the tags themselves in my possession and returning them along with the items and proof of purchase. It shouldn’t been a no brainer.
Other than these issues. The store is cute, smells nice and customer service is great. Just very dissatisfied with their return policy, because other boutiques I shop at I’ve returned items the same way. I was never denied a refund or trade in store……
Update: miscommunication on policies! So very thankful for the information and Lindy reaching out to resolve the concern I had. Very quick and efficient. I will be back. In store credit was given and as always the customer service was beyond amazing!”
