Customer service was great; very amicable employees.They ensured pizzas were always replaced in a timely manner.You didn't have to wait for anything as it was replenished as soon as it was finished.Overall great experience for my first time at this location.Their cinnamon rolls were delectable ?.

The experience at CiCi's Pizza was average. The variety of pizza options was decent, but the overall taste was mediocre. The buffet-style setup was convenient, but the ambiance lacked warmth. The value for money was reasonable, but it's not a go-to place for exceptional pizza.

Not gonna lie, I’ve left reviews for different cc all across the US… None of them got five stars.. however, this place blew it out the water… I got this pizza custom-made, and they brought it to me and it was probably one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had in my life..The atmosphere was great, and the service was friendly… I don’t know if this is the experience everyone will have, but I had a great one !!!

Worst CiCi's in Midland staff is just standing around, with Windows smeared and dirty there's no one here so they think they dont have to make any pizzas the are old and have been sitting there for a while,will not come back! Oh and they don't know how to make signature specialty pizzas here's the chicken club main item which is the tomatoes have not been in stock for the 3rd time that I've been here
