I recently adopted a 2 year old poodle mix. He's sweet but doesn't like to be fussed with. Cissy took care with him and got him groomed. He looks great and I am grateful to find a groomer that might be a dog whisperer too. Highly recommend.

They could work on their over the phone customer service. I called several times before being able to speak to someone, no voicemail available to leave a message. The person I finally talked to seemed to be frustrated and bothered by my questions. If that’s over the phone….I would rather not deal with them.

We have a sweet Min-pin rescue who is wound tight to say the least. But when it comes time to clip her nails, she turns into Cujo and even the vet is unable to do it without sedation. I took her to our friends Cissy and Christina at Cissy's Professional Pet Grooming and they did an amazing job controlling her and clipping her nails with me standing there watching! The key is making her feel safe and unthreatened. They are without a doubt our new groomer!

Cissy is an amazing woman, and helped me out with everything I needed for my rc car. Definitely recommend her, and as I was there shopping the customers that were getting their pets groomed seemed very satisfied with the way Cissy handled their loved ones. Great job.

Not only do they do a great job of grooming alot of pets. When Cissy says ;" All Things Radio Control ",she means it. Planes, Cars, Boats whatever. And She knows her stuff!!! Very helpful, and Her prices are better than online, with all the big brands. For R.C. equipment in this area, this is the place...
